Apartament 2 camere Tomis Nord

I've been booking through Booking for years now and of all the places I've stayed, this place gets the worst rating and worst comments. Let's start with the fact that we could not check in in person due to the cancellation of our flights, so a relative from Romania went to check in on our behalf. When he got there, he saw that the floor was completely dirty, especially in the bathroom, and insisted that the owner clean it. He eventually did, but not too well, there was still a lot of dust in the living room and the fridge was dirty, for example, he also bought 6 glasses and some cutlery and plates that he left untidy in the washing machine. But he didn't even change the sheets or leave towels! We were lucky that there was a family there who provided us with everything we needed and we didn't have to cook there. As I said, it was useful for us to sleep and take a shower, but the stay there was not very pleasant and comfortable. It doesn't have WI-FI or AC (as stated on the Booking website) and it's not a very cool apartment. The worst was the exit. First, he notified us via Booking a few days before our arrival that the apartment should be empty at 11am. (The time that was indicated in his booking conditions) since another person came to rent his apartment, I told him that no problem. On the day we left the apartment, we called him and said that if he wanted, we could check out at 10 so that he had more time to prepare the apartment, and he replied that this was not necessary, but that at 11 we would give him the keys . In the end he didn't show up, he called us and told us to leave the keys hidden somewhere near the door and see if we could clean the floor because someone else would come later. Obviously, we told him no, because he is in charge of preparing his apartment. In short, another person entered the apartment without cleaning, with a bed without new sheets and without towels ... total, a shame.
