- filthy, stinky entrance, it looks like entering a squat - drunk staff - request for an additional night which we were charged at an improbable price (70 euros for one night while a night in the room cost on booking less than 50 euros, the staff justified this by saying that it was an extra and therefore it was more expensive) + we asked for a receipt for that night, we are still waiting, the person has probably put the money in his pocket and that's it. - no change of towels or cleaning during the 5 days of our stay - noises (very thin walls) - window covered by a tarpaulin (we wondered if the front of was under construction but in fact no so we do not know why there was this tarpaulin) - the staff woke us up for nothing and that we were exhausted

Untidy, dirty, cold in the room, dirty linen, the bathroom under any criticism! The toilet lid nailed down..Mold on the walls! Hair on underwear..The reality is not at all like the pictures! I paid 2 million for the room but very Untidy! We didn't have toilet paper, we had to ask for it.. The staff, the uneducated reception guys, lack common sense and professionalism!

Cockroaches in the room, radiator heating, broken mirror, small room. The price is not justified!

There is no hot water, leakage in the shower into the room, there is no one to turn to most of the time there is no one to ask for help, there are no staff members, they suggested putting a heat diffuser in the shower because there is no hot water, heating does not work in the room.

Upon our arrival we felt quite neglected. When we entered the respective rooms we could not help but notice the sticky and dusty floor. The building is a dilapidated building, it looks abandoned and is super old. the room was apparently fine, but there were cockroaches, at night we were not able to shower because the hot water did not come out, the sheets smelled bad and were full of hair as if they had not been washed. We were two and they only put toiletries for one. The truth that I would not repeat.

well, at first the receptionist was very disinterested in doing his job and I had to tell him to solve my problems, then the room had cobwebs and a spider in the corner of the room. The wallpaper had liquid marks on it and was dirty and peeling in places. in the pictures you see one and in. reality is terrible.

We chose not to use the elevator. Built in 1950. The stairs to the 2nd floor look shabby. Only plaster walls. Located on the 8-lane main street, which turns into a hippodrome after 21:00. It's hard to think about sleep without hearing protection. For us for the first and last time.

The water in the shower took a long time to heat up and after 10 minutes it wasn't very hot either. The parking lot (which we ended up not using) is a couple of streets away.

The worker did not show any understanding and resisted that he takes our money back. After that, I turned to the parking fee, which I paid for 3 days. paid in advance (separately), happily reimbursed because we parked with them for a maximum of 20 minutes. Again, no insights, no money, just discussions! We just wanted to get out of there, and luckily we did. found a clean hotel.

Smell of cigarettes and mold in the rooms. I changed 2 rooms and was informed that I have to pay extra for the unbearable smell. The air conditioning was not working and I had to stay with the windows open and I had to buy room sprays to change the unbearable smell. In conclusion, an ecological disaster. I reported to the boss and he was not surprised, instead he wanted extra payment. This location does not deserve to be on Booking.

ALL Entrance - until they realized that a somewhat strange entrance to a residential building is also the entrance to the "hotel" ......... - you need a lot of imagination - they also posted a photo. The "hotel" is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with a self-starting elevator that works only for luck and if the residents of the 6th floor also tightly closed the doors. The air conditioning in the room was turned off and could not be turned on. Only after complaining twice and having an unparalleled circus did we get the air conditioning remote control - no air conditioning at an outside temperature of 34°C (Bucharest summer), perhaps airing through an open window in a "hotel" located on one of the main car routes through Bucharest (did not catch my own word) - I had to get used to it. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall at the first touch and the washbasin in the bathroom, closed after the first locking, also remained locked until we - ourselves - moved the washbasin substructure, climbed under the washbasin and pushed the lock out. At check-in, we have - for 2 people - one key to enter the hotel and enter the room - We received the 2nd key - we received access to the room only two days later, at the repeated request of the "hotel" manager. Otherwise.......... the room was ok. Cupboards have not collapsed, bed linen and towels are clean.

the check-in was very difficult. I waited 45 minutes until I received the room. The receptionist was gone and a man from security gave us the room after long checks, phone calls to the bosses, photos for documents...

The sign of the structure is minimally visible. We unsuccessfully walked down the street for a quarter of an hour. The structure called "administrator" that would welcome us did not speak any language clearly. The kindly two girls helped us find the building and acted as a go-between for us to speak to a gentleman of call. We lost another quarter of an hour to check in, because the photocopier did not work, and at our offer to take a photo with a mobile phone, he got angry after he finally chose a photo (he took at least three because he said they didn’t go) we finally went to the room. Once there we realized we didn't have any water to drink so we went to the gentleman to ask for a bottle of water and offered him euros (it cost lei but we still didn't have any cash in local currency) but there wasn't no way to get it. On check out in the morning, the guy we returned the keys to barely said hello, it seemed like we were a nuisance.

The most unpleasant was the fact that we had no hot water. I notified the staff about this, but the problem was not resolved. I had to leave a night early because of this.

Lack of a refrigerator, for 4 stars...

The whole block is covered with advertisements, so you can't see anything out of the window. Even in the middle of the day, the room was dark, and at night it was brighter than day: the reflectors on those ads are doing their job... The bed, as good as it looks in the pictures, creaks with any movement, but being alone, this was not necessarily disturbing. Being located right on the boulevard, the noise caused by cars and motorcycles is continuous, 24/24, so I can't say that sleep is necessarily restful 😅

The noise of the engines in the street was unpleasant; the windows do not soundproof the room; not recommended for those who are light sleepers 🙂

I arrived at 13:00. Check-in was at 14:00 but we went to the property to see if we could check in earlier. Here the receptionist told us that the room is not ready under any circumstances and that it will take another hour or two until the cleaning women come, as they come from I don't know what hotel, far away... I told him that we would come back at 2:00 p.m. (check-in time) but he said that we could come back at 3:00 p.m. or later, that it would take some time, that he had never had people come so early. When I came back at 3pm, the room was ready and I met another couple there. They were waiting in the hallway (apparently for an hour) for their room to be ready, they were angry and reproached the receptionist that he is not professional at all and that it is not good for something like this to happen at such a well-rated property. But he replied that he is not the boss and he is not interested!

Some malfunctions at the level of the "staff", who did not really know each other.

The room was not ready by 5pm and didn't match what I had booked at all. I booked a room with a bath, but the hotel does not have a bath, only a shower. And my king size bed was smaller than me (mine 1m67, king size 1m80). The toilets didn't work, the plumber arrived at the very end of the day (the room was supposed to be ready by 14:00). The establishment is hard to find because it is not very visible from the outside, it is located in a building that looks abandoned, the stairs are unattractive. Cleanliness needs to be checked. Found short brown hair in bed (I'm blonde with long hair), eyelashes, etc. The hygiene kit was already open, there was an overlay on the hair dryer. I asked at the front desk for the cleaning lady to clean my room subject to the condition, I left a sign saying to clean the room. She came very late and it was not cleaner. The hair and tampon were still there (although I pointed out their presence). The administrator even went into the room and noticed that there was no second blanket. The room is very poorly insulated. I felt that a person entered my room every time someone opened the door. Very thin walls, you can hear all the sounds from the hallway. I assume there is no double glazing as you can hear the road very well (main boulevard, very noisy with lots of cars and police sirens). Be careful with the use of personal data! When I arrived, I was asked to fill out 3 documents. First given in Romanian. Not understanding, I asked what I had to fill out. I was told to put a tick everywhere and sign. On the other side of the sheet was the English version.

The man at the reception did not know how to manage the reservations made on Booking. I waited 30 minutes for them to give me the room. I hardly received the invoice a few days later after several insistences. There was mess everywhere, the original white sheets were yellow, the pillow sheet I think was not changed according to the previous customer. I do not recommend to anyone!

HORROR. My partner and I booked with great enthusiasm. When I arrived, I couldn't believe it. 4 stars? I wanted to cry. An abandoned building with a sign that was not even understood. At the entrance to the old building and the "hotel" is only the 2nd floor. 1st floor is under construction/abandoned which is scary. The reception is a small room at the end that is not even understood. We thought maybe the rooms would be like in the pictures, but NO. An absolute disappointment. Tiny room with plastic tables, falling closet and bathroom with sliding door and 0 privacy! The room smelled of cigarettes. I burst into tears. The owner didn't give us our money back or anything and the only solution he offered us was to pay another 1200 RON and move to another one of his hotels which we rejected as overkill. We asked for another blanket, and were told that the "hotel" was full and they had no free places, "maybe one of the guests will leave tomorrow." We asked for a remote control for the air conditioner and it didn't work. TV too. We didn't even have a typical "no turn in" paper. Also, there was a sign outside that was lit up all night, letting light into the room and keeping us awake. The pictures looked nice and the booking score was very good, but the reality was not. We asked the receptionist for another number and he told us everything was full. I contacted the booking immediately and was told that they called the establishment but the "hotel" told them that they were NOT refunding the money and that there was nothing they could do. Indeed .... immense sadness. The photos speak for themselves. To make matters worse, in the end the staff mistreated us and told us several times that we should leave the room at 12 noon when there were still 2 hours left.

The room was far below expectations: it was cold in the room, I had a very thin blanket and they didn't have another one to give us, instead I received a small heater. One of the windows was cracked, which is why it was cold. The bathroom was a disappointment given the fact that it only had a sliding door through which you don't have a bit of privacy and it's not soundproof. Almost non-existent walls at how loud everything was. The much praised View is covered by a huge advertisement.

It's basically a block of flats...and a kind of hotel is inside...the most bizarre experience at a hotel. It's true that I didn't read anything before .... being in transit ....

Polite personnel. Perfect location. Great rooms.

The entrance to the hotel is hard to find, crossing the first floor at night is not a very good idea.

Everything could be better

The rooms were not swept/vacuumed on the floor. The sheets were stained. A mini fridge would have been useful. The bathroom door is a big minus, it's as if it doesn't exist.

The lack of parking for the car... Which I left much further away, about 2 streets away... But no, it's understandable for a mini-hotel set up in an apartment block (an entire floor) right in the center of Bucharest. .. Missing parking for the car... Which I had to let it parked 2 streets away... But that's the price if you want to stay in a mini hotel arranged in an apartment block (a whole floor) in the middle of Bucharest. ..

Quite a lot of heat is lost through the windows/floor. (it was quite cold in the room) To repair the tiles in the bathroom. Give yourself enough time to clean, especially under the bed, there were bottles, packaging from old visitors.

The building is old, dirty and ancient, using the elevator is very dangerous, no matter how good the rooms are, the building is terrible, dirty, ugly and dark.

A strange place, everything was done with a pretension, glass doors to the plumbing toilet, expensive curtains, expensive bedding. Very mixed impression. In the morning, as a present, they give coffee or tea, the rest, since the shop opposite is round-the-clock - you can buy there from croissants to freshly squeezed fresh juice and salads, meat, hamburgers and hot soup

The infernal noise, the small room!

They did not honor the reservation. I booked a room with a sofa bed and received one without. For this reason, we had to find another place to stay for our boy.

This apartment is located in an abandoned building, so we spent an hour (!) searching for it, repeatedly passed by, did not pay attention, not even suggesting that it could be in such a place!
