the location is as in the pictures.. I've walked through many hotels and apartments but this is the first studio I've seen with heat control on the owner's phone that limits the temperature to what he wants!
1. the temperature control is owned by the owner. The environment is set via wifi to have 22g at the table level, the problem is that at the bed level it is 19.5g, which means it's cold when you sleep! 2. The Washing Machine has an A4 sheet on it that says "defect", but in reality the water from the lower right tap is turned off! in conclusion, the owner tries to minimize the consumption of electricity and gas in order to remain with as much profit as possible!

Everything perfect, beautifully decorated, impeccable cleanliness, large and very comfortable bed, very kind host, delicious coffee, quiet area! We will come back with love! 🥰

Clean, modern, even luxury
Being on the ground floor, it was more difficult to heat up, I had a hard time finding a parking space. With how much money was invested, it's a shame that there is no hair dryer.

Great accommodation
The Leon apartment amazed me. Really very beautiful and very tasteful! And the owner is super helpful. Definitely recommend!
