Have a nice stay
I liked the bedding, the beautiful view of the mountains at dawn, the reception on arrival, very helpful staff.
That the hotel does not have a restaurant, you have to go out to find some restaurants around. Otherwise, only raclette and fondue are offered. Slightly aging building, signs of mold in some parts of the hotel. Small and narrow parking for a large car.

A very good hotel ideally located in the center of Xilao. The rooms are well equipped and have a large balcony. The large bathroom has a shower. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice. The staff do their best to satisfy customers.
A bit of a chaotic reception. The rooms were not ready for most of the guests. This old building is not very soundproofed.

We had a very pleasant stay. Despite the freshness this season, the weather was good throughout the establishment as well as in the rooms, which is good for those suffering from the cold. The breakfast is good for all tastes. The basement is really gorgeous, warm. There is something for wine lovers! As far as food goes, you only need fondue or raclette in a place like this. I simply recommend Le Tsilaosa for all its services, especially the attentive, welcoming and very warm staff. There is nothing better to get away from it all and rest. Thanks to the whole Tsilaosa team.

I liked the welcome of the staff, the quality of the service, the equipment in the room, the hotel is very well located, it is in the city center so you can walk around Cilaos without any problems.
The mini bar in the room is expensive, a pack of M&Ms for 6 euros, a bottle of water for 5 euros... I won't list everything, but if you're hungry, it's better to drink outside, as the hotel is well located
