The sofa bed could have been more comfortable. The "false" wall that divides the two apartments does not isolate the noise well. so, during the night, anyone sleeping on the sofa hears everything that goes on in the apartment next door.

Second bed .... sleeping 9 days in a row is uncomfortable. Lack of wardrobe for 4 people. Lack of towel racks and where to put food in the shower. Street lamp ... dirty and disturbs the beautiful landscape of the apartment. Paper walls ... Neighbors can get in the way.

From everything else! Request for guest identification and login contact from someone no longer owned by management. Delivery of keys is very confusing, it seems little experience. The towels and sheets are engraved with the brand, but the towels are only reserved for adults, not children. Apartment with unresolved leaks. No soundproofing! Wooden wall for the apartment on the side, everything was heard from other guests ... Bar in the side building with music until 1 am, which could be heard as if it were inside the apartment ... Living room with window area without any blinds or curtains, what it took imagination to remove the light from the room and let the children sleep. Comfortable small sofa bed and only for baby weights. Flush with damaged button. Anyway, there are some details that can be easily improved because the view does not compensate for everything else.

It doesn't have an elevator to put it mildly. The location is great for getting to the beach, with the disadvantage of having a bar nearby, lots of traffic, music, etc. Until dawn in the morning.

No lift There is no sign with the name of the apartment in the building, it is advisable to place something to make it easier to find.

It was not easy to find it, after a couple of calls, there is no sign on it, with directions that we knew we needed to look for number 120, and there was a friendly lady waiting for us. There are a few small flaws that are easy to fix: another glowing point in the bathroom (very necessary), a fixed bracket for hanging a shower bracket (it's hard to understand that it doesn't have one), better pillows (bigger and better), a better sofa bed ( very narrow for children from 5 years old). Others are more complex: it has no lift, you can hear a lot of noise from the promenade and road, it is on the beach and it is a very busy area, the building is old and poor soundproofing (I slept thanks to the earplugs that I usually carry with me in case, if this happens).
