Certainly an experience to repeat
Very clean and modern apartment, comfortable beds, excellent location with no major parking problems. Mr. Nelson's reception and availability were extraordinary.
Lack of a coffee machine.

a few days wasted
I liked the area of the apartment, the location (close to the beach and with services nearby), the living room, the small balcony overlooking the sea and the friendliness and availability of Mr. Nelson, who made sure little things were corrected.
I just didn't appreciate the fact that they advertised having a coffee machine and it didn't exist (Mr. Nelson kindly found one), I thought the appliances were very deteriorated/old fashioned, even though they worked. Apart from these small details, the apartment is good.

very well dressed very good location great view huge apartment
During our stay on the ground floor, there were renovations that began as early as 8 o'clock in the morning. Although we informed the employee about this, also at her request, there was no resolution of this situation. This is because the Algarve seems to be prohibited from doing work during the summer months.

Very good for the beach and sun, very bad for relaxation
Very good location, clean and well equipped.
Air conditioning in a broken room for the entire duration of a 10-day stay (repair promise not fulfilled) Work on the floor below 7 days from 8:00 to 18:00 with a puncher all day. One of the two lifts broke down during the stay. The quoted numbers are very confusing, the neighbors of the house opposite are discussing on the balcony until 3 am.

Very good
The apartment is very modern and well equipped, we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The balcony offers a wonderful sea view. The location is great and you can quickly reach the beach and promenade with many restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a lot of everything you need to prepare your food: salt, spices, tea ... Two umbrellas are available.
We were only half an hour late and, unfortunately, we had to wait two hours for the keys to be handed over. It is very difficult to find a parking space on the street in August.
