Microwave didn't work...

at night the neighbors make a lot of noise

a lot of humidity. They don't have heating. when we arrived the duvets and pillows were damp from humidity. When we asked for dry bedding, we received no response and we had to sleep three nights in wet beds. Also, little privacy. In the living room area they would have to put some curtains or something to cover the room, since the neighbors can see the person who sleeps on the sofa bed...

I had no heating

The apartment is cold and humid, they didn't have extra blankets. The hot water from the water heater soon ran out.

No washing machine. The dishwasher was unusable. We asked the owner what to sweep because there was nothing planned. Fortunately this one quickly brought us what we needed because 9 people cleaning regularly was necessary.

In the living room there are a couple of glass doors that need curtains or something that gives you privacy since the neighbors across the street kept looking inside.

It would lack a little maintenance, a light bulb did not shine, a window in a room did not close well. The toilet seats were a bit loose. The rooms facing the street made a lot of noise from cars at night.

There is mold on the windows and doors. After water damage, some things have not been properly repaired. The dishwasher was missing ALL inserts to wash something. No staff on site and the neighbors thought they had to celebrate 24 hours. Beds but also the furniture old and very run down. Floor very badly worn.

The apartment was dirty. It lacked the bare minimum equipment (no frying pan, no pot for 5 people to cook in, no toaster, no kitchen tablecloth, no tablecloth, broken exit door to the gallery). which is not visible in the photos, I assume that due to the sorry state we saw rats and lots of pigeons. Although the owner was friendly, the apartment was not suitable for the price/quality.

Very difficult, difficult to use the key box. Lack of cleanliness, dirtiness, facility care, and little willingness to provide solutions or offer alternatives to problems encountered.

Unfortunately, there is no good communication with the central. In a house in Porto, not a glass of wine nor an opener must not be very common. There wasn't even a medium pot and the outside area was completely flooded, with more than 3 cm of water, we had to remove the temporary water with a bucket and a jug so that it would not enter the house. Although we informed everything upon arrival, the only thing that was resolved was the water at the end of the second day. The best part of the house was unfortunately unusable. But the worst thing is losing almost a day of vacation to try to solve something and getting almost nothing.

I regret that the box code entered on booking was incorrect for key recovery and that the lock on the front door of the building was not working; I was able to open it after 1/2 hour of trying!!! I regret that my interlocutor spoke to me only in English. The beds are in very poor condition, the slats of the box springs were on the ground and this is in 3 bedrooms and the mattresses were tired. I regret the lack of an electric coffee maker.

The mattresses were too thin.

Upon arrival at the apartment, I inform you that there is a malfunction in the room. What if they haven't fixed the curtains, when they sleep in the building across the way, they see you. I had to contact booking to fix it before going to bed. No cooking pots, only 1 pot. For the price, it should be in better condition.

Humidity, everyone is sick! Heating makes a trip around the apartment, the neighbors party all night

Very cold. without heating, only a small fan worked in a four-room apartment with a kitchen-living room. the walls facing the main façades were soaked with moisture and very poorly insulated. bathrooms are perhaps the most acceptable with heated towel rails. very bad beds, one was broken. maybe, but from everything we arrived at the apartment at 8pm and had to wait for them to finish cleaning and making the beds, there was a strong smell of bleach. We were visited only by cleaners, yes, they were very friendly, and those responsible for nothing at all, we did not even see them. I would never repeat.

Some of the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. There are no blinds here, so if you're not used to the clarity, you won't be able to sleep when the sun comes up. The person who gave us the keys and charged us the city tax was a little rude.

We had dirty sheets in one of the rooms, the towels smelled like mildew, and we had a dirty coffee maker with coffee in the cupboards. The dishwasher was out of order and there were no towels or alcohol gel in the hand baths.

They didn't leave any cleaning products. It is recommended to leave at least one broom. We try to keep as much collected as possible. Although the apartment was mostly chilly, there was no air conditioner or fan.

Nothing fancy - just a view of the somewhat neglected buildings.

The fact is that work is going on in the neighborhood and no one warned (too much noise)
