Nothing in particular

The best decoration, but the apartment is very impractical, almost uncomfortable. A responsible person needs to spend at least one night and realize the main shortcomings that he has, I will highlight some: a precious rope chair, but disproportionate to the size of the apartment, greatly interferes. There is no place in the bathroom to leave a bag for toiletries, we had to remove some shelves with vases in the living room so that we could leave things in the bathroom. Although the bathroom is small, the sink could have been a bit bigger. There are no curtains, and every time you change your clothes so that the neighbors across the street can't see you, you have to close the wooden shutters and turn on the lights so that it's not completely dark. The cleaning is very, very improved, especially in the kitchen, the ceramic hob was very dirty, we left it cleaner when we left than we found it when we arrived. Only this, which catches the eye first, already gives rise to distrust of the rest of the utensils, which we carefully wash before use. There are only two pots and one wok on top and it was rusty, scratched and dirty. If only to put a frying pan at least something impeccable, then this one should have been thrown away. Of course we don't use it. There was only one glass of wine when there was crockery for at least 4 people and no bottle opener. The kitchen utensils are clearly untested. Similarly, the fridge is not checked, which was very dirty and we were also disgusted to use it. Luckily the microwave seemed clean. The trash can door (which was off the hook) and the fridge door didn't match, so if you opened one thing, you had to open the other. We stayed 5 nights and were surprised that they only give one body towel and one hand towel per person per stay regardless of nights. We had to buy toilet paper because the one they gave us (I think they left us 3) was very, very thin, paper and small rolls.

The apartment is on the first floor and in the room you can hear the door of the house if someone enters or exits.

The apartment is very small. Landing: 2 small stools without a back, the sofa is extremely uncomfortable, shabby. On the balcony there is 1 folding chair, it does not fit anymore. The bed has a plastic pillow and is attached to the wall on three sides, you constantly have to climb over it. You can hear every step from the stairwell and the apartment upstairs. Parking is almost impossible. Paid covered parking is a 20-minute walk away. Chipped dishes.

I didn't measure it, but 35m2 seems a bit much to me. Maybe the bunk level is turned on, but even then... Speaking of the loft bed, there are too narrow steps leading up to and from the bed without railings. Not entirely harmless, especially for night swimming excursions. The classic staircase will be much better. In terms of equipment, I personally lacked a comfortable seat. Either a hard chair or 3 seats 30 cm high.

In the center, very quiet and comfortable

We found leftover toothpaste wrapper on the bedroom bathroom floor. You hear a lot of noise from other residents. Inconvenient sofa bed. That there were no sheets or towels for the third guest.

No room for things, no frying pan, no dryer, no napkins, no kitchen towels, 6 towels and 2 hangers for them, 1 trash bag for 5 days. No tea. There are coffee mugs but no coffee maker or turks. Not for family stays or more than 1 day

To add a little, but on the first day when we arrived at 1am the surroundings seemed a little bad, then it really isn't, but the first impression was bad.

There is an ironing board, but nothing to iron. It is difficult to park. Each zone has a parking meter and a maximum of 2 hours.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, there was no toilet brush, no iron for clothes (but there was an ironing board), the chairs were uncomfortable, there were almost no channels on the TV. Also, when I arrived at the apartment, I found that no one was waiting for us upon arrival, and we could not pay there (as stated when booking) and the amount was debited from my account without my permission. After talking with the hotel staff, they told me that this is a problem with the booking and that there is no way to pay otherwise, 0 services. The location is half an hour walk from the center of Porto, we thought it was closer.

Working with a regular cleaner. The location is a bit far away, but the walk is pleasant, you can walk through the beautiful streets of Porto.

Wi-Fi

I didn't like the lack of soundproofing, we could hear everything the upstairs neighbor was doing and of course he heard us too. We had an apartment with a jardim, good jardim is too bad not to have a small table to enjoy outside or sun loungers.

Worst experience ever. The appointment is new and looks very good AT THE FIRST SIGHT. There is only one VERY SMALL drawback: no hot water. So if you are a lover of extreme sensations, you will find what suits you. Not to mention the huge spiders that can be found all over the house. The owner literally disappeared into thin air, in fact, I would say, he never showed up. I had to pay at the hotel, but no one showed up. I contacted him via email to find out how to pay, but there was no response. I even tried to call him to point out that the hot water was not working. Complete emptiness. Except to show up on return to inform me that they are charging the cost of the stay from the card. Ah, but they wished me a happy return home. I've clearly never been so happy to end my vacation.

The way I was received. The apartment does not match the booking. Living in the booked apartment (the photo of which is on the payment receipt) involved an additional charge, and there was an unlocked skylight above the bed. Wi-Fi was not available in the apartment I stayed in. I was not given a password when it was available. They wanted to charge me again for the accommodation (it had already been paid for!). They did not deliver a receipt for the € 6.00 fee I paid at the entrance. Interior wooden "doors" let in a lot of light. There were leaked stains on the bedroom ceiling. Works across the street, noisy. The windows were very dirty. Noisy refrigerator, too close to the bed. There was no coffee machine or tea bags. The breakfast bowls were not clean and there were still tags attached to them. Low pressure hot water in very limited quantities. The toilet is very small.
