ok but smells
Attention upon arrival. Spacious and comfortable room.
The bathroom is renovated and clean, but it constantly emits a bad smell, probably coming from the sewer. Despite the hood, unpleasant. Some of the furniture is somewhat worn and doesn't seem clean even though it is (kitchen table,)

very nice stay in a pleasant and well placed apartment.
The people we took the keys from were happy. The apartment is large enough, cleanliness is excellent. the area is very calm. the geographic location and public transport links are excellent, very close to metro and suburban buses.
It’s a pity not to install a box in the entrance of the apartment, you must first go to another place and observe the opening hours, at least upon arrival. some things were missing, such as kitchen towels or dishes for the oven.

Have a very pleasant holiday! Very good value location
Apartment size, supermarket downstairs, subway 3 feet, free wifi.

Bed is great but hidden costs
Furniture and apartment are new. The kitchen is top notch, of course. And the bed is super comfortable.
The key was brought to us, we had to pay 10 euros for it. This was not mentioned anywhere. Above the apartment lives someone who does not pay attention to the fact that there are people under him, there was rumble and noise until the middle of the night.

Pretty good. Two days in Porto
The best price, without a doubt, came out at the end of June for 92 euros in total (three days, two nights) for three.
The truth could be much cleaner, it's not dirty, but some areas leave a lot to be desired (toilet, shower...) Of the things that get our attention the most, when booking, the price changes depending on the people who are going to stay in the apartment ( three people in our case) because they leave the same two sets of sheets, two towels...

The location was relatively close to the center
It was very dirty. The sheets were full of hair and torn (they were replaced within 2 hours of complaining). The washing machine didn't work and the worst part was that the floor was very dirty. A real disappointment.

Quiet area, parking very close.
The kitchen has everything, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, washing machine.

Relaxing and comfortable.
The friendliness and availability of the person who met us upon arrival. Cleanliness, decoration, comfort and the fact that they have books and magazines in several languages.
It's not that I don't like it, just a few suggestions for improvement: - place one or two kitchen towels; - Place a mat/towel at the exit of the shower.

great souvenir from Porto
The man was waiting for us and informed us very well to get us to the accommodation. The distribution of the rooms was perfect, namely 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The location of the apartment was perfect for getting to the city center. The subway was next to the apartment. Have a nice holiday with kids!!!
The sofa was not practical as a 3rd bed, apartment stay!!! otherwise nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!!!

Tranquility in the center of Porto
Central but quiet area, you can park without problems, although there is an OTA. Supermarket just below. And a great house, completely renovated. Air heating in each room is controlled by a remote control. Highly Recommended

Very nice apartments and well located - Unforgettable stay in Porto.
Comfortable, bright and well equipped apartment. Bed linen of excellent quality. The apartment is very well located in Porto. The nearest metro station is 5 minutes walk. There is a supermarket around the corner. The owner was waiting for us at the agreed time. She gave us the necessary information and explained the check-out procedure. No complaints. The metro goes directly from the airport to the apartment, so it's convenient. We had a great stay and found Porto beautiful. It's a very clean city (including the metro) and very nice Portuguese people. There is no sense of insecurity in this city. We will definitely come back to Porto and will return to this apartment.
These are just details, but they can help make this apartment even more comfortable. Some more utensils would have to be put in so that the essentials were available in small quantities (dishwashing liquid, detergent, a few coffee machine capsules...). Put on a bigger shower mat. Put a note in the apartment with some information about the restaurants in the neighborhood, the garbage can collection policy, the brand of the coffee capsules, the nearest post office...). Again, these are just details because the apartment is really well decorated, comfortable and functional.
