I want to clarify that we are a young couple who have always adapted to everything. As soon as you enter the room, you are greeted with a sewer smell coming from the private bathroom. despite the door being closed and the fan on, the nauseating smell accompanied us throughout our stay. it is clear that the bathroom in the room was not used. Although there is no air conditioning, the appliance above the door is a heater. The communal baths are inhabited by every possible insect species of the Azores. The staff is completely absent, the banal request to call a taxi to get to the airport was not even answered. I strongly advise you not to stay in this dump if you do not want to spoil your vacation.

The breakfast was of very poor quality and our room, with its own bathroom, smelled very musty. It had no ventilation and the towels didn't dry. Although when we asked them to change the problems were not.

The lodger should take this into account and, in addition, clean the already washed dishes on the shelves so that things do not accumulate there.

The bathroom is very small and a bit spacious compared to the rest of the room. The breakfast is also quite weak.

The windows are practically paper and there is a lot of noise from the street, adding to this that our window was next to the one that, according to the rules of the house, said that you can smoke there. What, the only bad thing was the milk, which was sour. And hey, it's not the hotel's fault... we got up late because we're on vacation and it happened to us a couple of times that we didn't have cold meat for breakfast. But there were other moments, so no complaints

Moldy room, very damp, leaky window, very hard bed, no information about check-in process. We were standing in front of a locked door and after a few calls a neighbor who didn't speak English let us in. At some point, we received an email telling us how to open the front door and which room we were allowed to move into. Other guests highly appreciated the airport shuttle service. Our question about this before our arrival was answered in the negative only a few days later. The breakfast we booked but couldn't eat on site because we had to leave quite early was not prepared for us as a lunch pack like the others. Too bad the site is deceiving.

The sheets and towels were yellowish. An investment in bed linen and towels would be nice. We never saw the staff. You must open the door through the app.

The stairs are a bit steep especially if you have heavy luggage. The room code and location was emailed to us late so we didn't have it when we arrived in front of the house. We had to ask our hosts. The letter arrived the next morning. In the future, it will be necessary to report this type of data the day before arrival and not on the same day, because when operating multiple flights, therefore, multiple location changes. not so easy to capture all emails

The bed mattress was not comfortable at all, the room was quite hot and there was no fan. Breakfast could also be a bit more careful, especially taking into account the height of covid. It was up to the guests to find creativity so as not to touch food shared by other people with their hands (ex: box of cheese and ham)
