Actually a nice, spacious apartment, but unfortunately very much in need of renovation.
The location was good, about 15 minutes from the center once you figured out the shortcuts. Pool was good but cold. Parking was okay.
We only found out that it was a private apartment on site. Unfortunately, the apartment was already a few years past its prime. It is in dire need of some repair work. There was moisture on 3 interior walls. The TV as well as the WLAN was without description and did not work. Some outlets didn't work either. When the keys were handed in at 11 a.m., the reception was not manned. Only after a phone call did I get the message to put the key in the mailbox.

It was great, great quality for the price 👌. The house was great, and the terrace with bbq and pool.
The location and amenities were excellent. Fantastic value for money. Terrace and it accepts pets.
The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Good location, bedding to review
Geographical location next to the sea and marina, fully equipped apartment.
The bedding was poor, the mattress was too soft. The door to the bathroom/toilet was swollen with moisture and would not close. The mirror at the head of the bed is not wise.

autumn weekend
Apartment ideal for holidays. Small but super cozy. Close to the Lagos marina (7min on foot) and 15min from the historic centre. Easy parking. Very nice terrace with barbecue.
Access to the apartment - via several stairs, far from the main entrance, difficult to carry a lot of luggage (we traveled with a baby).

It was spectacular.
I arrived at the reception, they gave me the key, told me some rules of the condominium, indicated the apartment and made themselves available for everything... simple and direct. I arrived at the apartment and everything was as expected... the photos that are on the net are not those that enlarge the areas of the house. I spoke with the host (Mr. Cesar) and he was very friendly and attentive. If I return to Lagos on vacation I will try to stay here

The stay was very pleasant and the accommodation lived up to expectations.
Apartment very well equipped and very nice terrace. Excellent location. Swimming pools in the 5-star complex (one large and one small for children), with sun loungers available.
The kitchen deserved, in my opinion, a deeper cleaning. For a reservation of 3 adults and 2 children, I found the number of bath towels provided insufficient and there was also a pillow to sleep.

The apartment is well located and well equipped. Great terrace suitable for barbecues and dinners. Very nice pool. The friendliness of the staff, the friendliness and availability of the owner.

The location is good, the apartment is clean and spacious, the pool is very nice, I took my pet and he was very well received.

Great location and pool
Very well located, great apartment in a gated condominium, very large balcony on the ground floor, suitable for barbecues, very good for children. Great pool and mini golf, easy access to the beach and town. The condominium front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Convenient parking.
The cleaning may be more thorough and the mattress needs to be replaced.

Excellent location. The pool is also very good to start the day relaxed. Not a luxury, but a well-equipped kitchen and toilet.

Close to the port and clubs, but not to the casino at night, the apartment is cozy in a complex with a swimming pool, which you hardly use due to its proximity to the beaches. Ps: we also had a talisman with us
If I need to find a fault, but it is not, it was a staircase and a tour that you had to go through to get to our apartment, but I repeat that this was not a problem for us, it could be elderly people or people with disabilities ...

The one-bedroom apartment is fully equipped, so there is everything you need (even a barbecue on the terrace). The apartment is located in a gated community with a private swimming pool. Very good location, close to train station, beach and shops.

Very well equipped apartment
Very well equipped apartment with a large terrace with a washing machine and dishwasher. Our tip: Bring detergent and rinse tablets from home. The pull-out sofa bed was too small for our two teenagers. The second sofa in the living room cannot be folded out, but the description on booking.com was correct. To check in, you go to the front desk, we had to find out after our arrival. In general, the complex is in good condition. The road to the city center takes about 15 minutes. We felt comfortable.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi only worked early in the morning, nothing worked in the afternoon and evening.

Three hours of waiting until we were able to enter the apartment.
Reception staff of the urbanization who behaved very well while we waited 3 hours for the apartment to be cleaned.
We arrived at the agreed time, but the apartment was not cleaned. We had to wait THREE HOURS for it to be cleared.

Nice apartment close to the ocean and city center with a swimming pool. I recommend
Nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4. A large terrace with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a garland is a very good solution. To the ocean about 400 meters, to the center about 500 meters - excellent location Reception, 24-hour security, lots of parking spaces near the facility. I highly recommend this property
Leaking sewer pipes - water dripped onto the tile, not into the container. Poor wifi

Quiet area, walking distance from the center and the beach. Convenient parking and very good reception staff attitude.
It's a shame that the terrace in the apartment was neglected, we found that the flowerpots and barbecues were full of cigarette butts.

Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, very bright, everything is very clean, 200 meters from the train station and about 300 meters from Meia Praia, very nice and clean pool.

Location because you can walk to the beach as well as the town of Lagos. The pool where the girls were very nice and also a wide terrace.
