Central location in the city. Apartment with good areas. Enough toilet paper for a week. Good TV. Electronic anti-mosquito balls.
There should have been another mosquito ball, as we used three rooms in the house. There were three mugs missing (there was only one and there were four of us). It's a shame there's no parking. It can be found nearby but we have to know the habits of those who work and play for free on the weekends. The attic room was very hot, it wouldn't be a bad idea to install air conditioning there.

All . From the location to the very cozy and comfortable apartment. D Joana was a sweetheart. We arrived late and she was waiting for us with great sympathy. I strongly advise the apartment.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in the center of Funchal
Thanks to the location of the apartment, it is also excellent for exploring the city and the island: the sights of Funchal can be reached on foot, but the highway is very close. There is paid parking in front of the house, but there is always a free space. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. Joana, the host, is very kind and helpful.

Accommodation for 10 people in Funchal
All. In general, the accommodation is very good. Spacious, recently renovated, bright, well located. 100% recommended. If we return to Funchal we will repeat.
It may include a parking space. But that wasn't a problem, as there was always space at the door (for a fee) or in the nearest parking lot (for a fee).

Excellent stay
Of everything. Dona Joana's kindness was fantastic. We are always ready to help, everything is super-organized and very hospitable. Everything is explained by guidebooks and maps, the house is spacious and with everything you need. It is very well located, less than 10 minutes walk from the center / market, bus stop a little further down the street. To repeat.

Very comfortable and with everything you need!
Very comfortable, spacious, clean and with everything you need to stay for a few days! Various containers and dishes. Although paid (not expensive)) there is always parking nearby.
Pay attention to the open windows, there are many melgs! Very minor repairs to the drain shower in the master bedroom!

Very nice stay!
The location was excellent, very close on foot to the center of Funchal, motorway access by car, very close to the location of the house, which gives access to various points of the island. The hostess is very friendly and cares very much about our well-being. The house is very nice and well equipped, it has everything you need to live.

Excellent accommodation in Funchal.
Everything except what was mentioned.
- The shower drain in the room is heavily clogged and the water does not flow properly. - The upper staircase hatch is not protected from light, which means that those who sleep in the upper bedroom wake up very early if they are sensitive to light.

The location is excellent, the apartment has exceptional light, is decorated with care and great taste. The bed is very comfortable, very well equipped kitchen, a place to relax!

Very enjoyable stay with good wall to wall weather
A very well located hotel. Easy walk to city center (5-10 minutes). A hill to climb to get to the establishment. My husband has no soufflé; we found a bus (on the left) on Oktyabrskaya Street (No. 250-251) 2 blocks from the hotel (bus fare 1.95 euros or buying a card in the city center (cost 1.35 euros with 2 passes - card for 1) one Passenger: Passes can be added to the same card.) The establishment is located near the bus station. to Santana by bus or others. The person in charge of the establishment was waiting for us at the door to hand over the keys to us. ... She gave us her phone number and came to fetch toilet paper. The room had a dryer, toilet paper, tea towel, tea towel .. I advise you to book a transfer through the hotel; the cost is 23 euros for two, for a taxi about 35 euros with a tip.
Small balcony, not practical. However, we added a small clothesline attached to the bar with pins.

It would be nice to have condiments (salt and pepper) for cooking and glasses of water. But this is a trifle :)

Joana gave us a very friendly welcome and was very helpful - Muito obrigado! The location of the apartment is excellent, "all" Funchal or the bus station within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, two bathrooms and an additional toilet 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Parking is a disaster in Funchal and especially in the city center. This accommodation is especially recommended if you want to do without a car. Juana also offers airport transfers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. For self-cooking in the kitchen, it would be nice to have one or two more pots. Otherwise, we have nothing to "complain" about.

Perfect
The apartment is 5-7 minutes from the centre, great location. It was clean and nice. Lovely with 3 bathrooms. The apartment is on two floors, so the boys had peace and we could relax.
