Peace and quiet
Friendliness and availability of the owners, privacy and quiet. The very interesting project for the protection of native breeds. Good breakfast with a divine homemade jam.

Pleasant, but could have been much better for the price paid.
Pleasant and friendly space. Friendliness of the owner and we went to give fruit to the horses, goats and sheep. Child loved the moment. Captivating space. Super nice dining area. River beaches around are an asset and it was pleasant to visit many of them. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Jams used for breakfast were divine, produced by the owner. Room and bathroom very nice.
Stay for the price, 80 euros a night is quite high. The dinners were planned to be entirely grilled and the equipment was deactivated and/or could not be used, I just didn't like it. It mentions a dishwasher, but it doesn't have one. It mentions toaster, but I didn't see it. Some of the outdoor furniture is disabled and/or damaged, impossible to fully use. Breakfast something simple. No bidet in the bathroom. "Tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms" -> I didn't see this item in our room.

Fantastic experience and the opportunity for the little ones to see endangered animals up close!
Breakfast was fantastic, with the integration of organic products produced on the farm. The sympathy of Mr. Tremendous Horácio and, above all, his availability to show the farms and animals to the youngest! On repeat!!!
There was nothing in particular that we disliked about Quinta dos Templários. Just a little pity that we can't stay a few more days at the farm, due to limited availability on vacation!!

I will return with a larger family (children and grandson).
Good breakfast. Fantastic hosts; looking forward to returning with the family so that they can enjoy the experience of this family for its human dimension and the work of respect for nature and heritage (namely the animal and botanical species) that they are carrying out.
Room (door and windows) could be improved. Not very important.

5 Star Rural Tourism for short stay
Very kind owners. Always helpful and available. Farm with animals and we even went to hand-feed them with our little girl. Thank you for everything!! -Room with very good bathroom, excellent price/quality.
Sheets and towels could be white, but as mentioned above, very good quality/price.

Very good rest and fabulous gastronomy. Several places to visit nearby.
A good and tasty breakfast. Some jams made by the hosts that are fantastic. An extraordinary location for those, like me, who were looking for peace and quiet. With restaurants and cafe nearby.
Everything was to my liking, excellent cleanliness, very helpful people.

I liked the place, the hosts (Mr. Horácio, Ms.Verónica and Ms. Olga) are friendly and always available for any information, including showing the animals they have on the farm and which they treat with so much affection. Breakfast has homemade jams and jellies that are wonderful. Availability of kitchen and living room with TV, with all conditions.

Best of 2021!
The owners, Verónica and Horácio, are extremely friendly. We feel at home (as a family!) but we have all the privacy needed for a relaxing holiday. The space is suitable for couples, friends or families. Everything is simple, uncomplicated, homemade and made with care. The countryside and the animals are the stars of the site! The owners have a very interesting project to protect native species. In addition, they have jams (which are included in breakfast, as well as the farm's fruits) and liqueurs that are delicious! In short, they are a multifaceted couple, committed to providing us with the best possible experience, always very helpful, and it was a pleasure to share and hear their stories. The location is ideal and we received a lot of tips and pointers (and this area has a lot to offer). Everything IMPECCABLELY clean, they always followed the covid-19 rules. To return without any doubt!
Everything flawless! The bed can be a little hard for those used to medium hard mattresses.

Completely above expectations
We love the genuine friendliness of the hosts, the simple but very good breakfast (the homemade jams are great...), and we love the animals installed on the farm!! By the way, everything on the farm is great.. We even picked some fruits to eat, and they were really sweet. In the morning we helped to feed the animals, which was a very pleasant surprise.. the friendliness of the hosts (and the animals) left us wanting to come back. Excellent access to the river beaches in the area.

The attention of the owners. free wifi Access to kitchen and living room (shared) Available pingpong table, skateboard, 2 weight machines, boxing bag
Very weak breakfast, there was coffee, milk, tea, orange juice, jam, but then there was no fresh bread, only 2 toasts per person, no fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham... something that should be improved.

Undoubtedly different days, without stress and in contact with nature. Enjoy!
TOP Project - Endangered Indigenous Peoples Shelter. Also know liqueurs, jams, soaps, tea ... Everything is done in Quinta. The owners are helpful and very attentive even went to buy a swing for my youngest daughter on purpose.

One of the best places we've ever been
We loved it all, it was great to see the farm and the progress made. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was divine, we couldn't even dream of a better one. The location was also very good, just a few minutes from what we wanted to see and 25 minutes from Dormes de Lago Azul. Highly recommend!

Empathy and contact with nature
We loved the friendliness of the owners. We were very well received. The location was perfect for us, the place is very quiet and close to the places we wanted to visit.
The breakfast could have been more varied, but it was made with homemade products.

Very helpful and approachable hosts who made us feel right at home! The farm is surrounded by nature, in a quiet village; the space is very quiet and has a vegetable garden that allows contact with the products of the earth. The room and common areas were clean and welcoming. Definitely a place to recommend.

A very calm place, perfect for a relaxing break!
The place is very calm and pleasant and the couple of owners were very friendly showing us all the surrounding area. Rooms are in good condition with exemplary cleanliness and access to the kitchen (very well equipped) is great for preparing meals if you don't want to go outside. The living room was also very nice with cable TV. Fast and functional Wi-Fi. In general, the room has excellent hygienic conditions (which is important now). Honestly, I liked it!
Some negative points, albeit minor ones: - The mattress was harsh. Although it didn't bother me, my wife had posture problems. “It was nice to have a TV in the bedroom, because when more travelers gather in the living room, there is no need to monopolize the only existing TV. “The room we stayed in has a direct fan to the kitchen, where you can hear everything from one side to the other, which removes the feeling of privacy. - Breakfast was good, but could have been a little more variety and quantity. “There is parking on site, but if two cars enter, one might end up blocked, so we decided to leave it outside.

A wonderful holiday in a quiet area surrounded by nature!
The hosts really liked it, they were very friendly! The farm is beautiful and spacious with great potential for development. The room was very nice and the breakfast very good!
The premises are not equipped with air conditioning, only ventilation.

A quiet place, familiar and in touch with nature 🙂
Other than that, the amenities are comfortable and beautiful. Everything is very clean. The owners are very kind and friendly, we really enjoyed sharing. They gave us good advice on the nearby river beaches. The farm is a very nice and quiet place. Very nice place for kids. I would like to repeat.
The double bed mattress could be more comfortable.

Superb and delicious breakfast with 2 homemade jams and jellies prepared by Mrs. Veronica ☺️☺️, coffee, tea and chocolate are always at our disposal during our 3 days and 2 nights stay ☺️ ..
Elimination of the bedroom. Only one bedside table had a socket for turning on a lamp.

The stay completely exceeded our expectations. Veronica is a very friendly and caring hostess with her guests. We love talking to her and learning the story of her life. A farm in the middle of nature. They produce handmade products that guests can taste for breakfast. Very comfortable room. We all love!

Nice breakfast. 5 star staff. Great place for families, our kids just talk about coming back. We really enjoyed our stay. We were so spoiled that we felt great service outweighs the cost.

From the first minutes until the very farewell, I want to emphasize the extreme friendliness and kindness of the owners. Clean and presentable room as in the photos. A very pleasant and welcoming place on the farm with plenty of space for safe walks for children. Adequate breakfast with Quinta products. Excellent value for money and quality.

A very clean and comfortable room, a very nice open space, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living room with dining tables, TV and various board games. Both rooms are very cool and spacious, even when it is very hot outside. Fabulous breakfasts and food we grow on the farm. The farm is home to very sociable and cute animals (cats and dogs). The owners are extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable with incredible tips on where to visit. We will definitely be back!

A Night at the Templar Farm
Friendliness of the owners. The WC has a nice space.
I found 2 spiders and another critter in the room. There were no samples of shampoo or shower gel. There was no bread for breakfast, only a pressed mixed croassaint was left, not much variety. The room had very little space. There is no reception.

Quiet place, where stress does not exist.
Very kind, inviting to stop by sometime.
Bear in mind that when choosing a holiday like this one, you should bear in mind that it is a very quiet place, where you can only hear the animals of the field; if you want something more like the noise of big cities then this place is not for you.

It was a pleasant, peaceful and comfortable stay.
The food served for breakfast is mostly derived from the farm itself. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable.
Perhaps breakfast with another variety of foods eg. Cheese, ham, another type of bread.
