To 1) the grill was dirty on arrival (dirty grate, old charcoal) and when we cleaned it we found it was broken. The bases for the umbrellas were broken and so rusty that it was not just that. Exchanged the next day. Outside shower: drain was clogged from the start to 2) the garden seemed a bit run down, probably the gardener hadn't been there in a long time 3) Kitchen: ancient and a bunch of junk. for example, 3 citrus presses, not 6 identical glasses. Everything was piled up, the cupboards were smelly, a lot of dirty things and the oven was completely unwashed with grease stains. The cutlery tray was disgusting and we spent hours washing all the dishes in the MINI dishwasher (suitable for a family of 2). Mosquito net/kitchen with holes. - No cleaning products, except for a small amount of dishwashing liquid, were not available. Ants in the kitchen. We fixed the problem with ant spray (also bought by us). House: musty and musty smell throughout the house, sofas unusable, smelled very musty and were ancient, bathrooms stink of sewage when the window is closed, chairs at the dining table are dilapidated and will soon fall apart, tablecloths are partially stained and have holes in them. Bathrooms are in need of refurbishment / modernization.
