Family holiday
Spacious house, with two bathrooms that greatly facilitated the dynamics of 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. In a very quiet place without noise. the rest of the apartment is spectacular!
As with any accommodation in Aveiro, parking is not easy. However, there was a book with some tips, and there is a free park 500m away.

Excellent place to relax with family
The location is excellent. I can walk to the center next to the estuary. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bakeries and all kinds of local businesses. There is a hypermarket just over 100 meters away Silent street, ideal for resting. The apartment is fully equipped with basic hygiene and cleaning products.

It's on the ground floor but still has a few steps, and it could be my mistake, but I didn't see it written anywhere. This was important because I was accompanied by an elderly person and another person with reduced mobility.

Aveiro is beautiful, worth the walk

It was a good vacation in Aveiro
The location was great for visiting the city. The area was quiet. The apartment was very comfortable. There were lots of toys for the child and he really enjoyed it.
I would have liked to have a plan of the city and more useful information for the visit.

GOOD PRICE / QUALITY RATIO
Everything you need. All on one floor, accessible for people with disabilities. He has only three steps to enter the house. Very good location. You can park on the street, you pay 2 euros and you can have it all day, even leave and come back.
There was a slight smell of mustiness in the cabinets, otherwise everything is fine, everything is clean, maybe some furniture is a bit old. Everything is as indicated and the photos perfectly reflect the apartment.

Comfortable
It has everything you need to spend a few days, there are restaurants nearby, a supermarket and about a 10 minute walk from the center.
It's a cool apartment, although they do have stoves to warm up the room or bathroom a bit. We were charged as adults for our 2 year old.

Passable
1⁰- Near the market and moliseiros. 2⁰- Parking, despite the paid. 3⁰- Small but well divided house. 4⁰- Internet and TV with Wi-Fi 5⁰- remote control. No need to climb stairs. 6⁰ - Noise from neighbors is not heard.
1⁰ - Shower cannot regulate temperature. Hot or cold. 2⁰- Does not have a pleasant smell. It smells like dirt and old things. 3⁰- There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. 4⁰ - Very noisy double bed. 5⁰ - We couldn't rest because of the loud noise from the street full of cars all night long. 6⁰- Table with only 4 chairs.

I thought I had one more day stay and had no problem staying one more night.
That it was very central. And the terrace that I used often, especially at night

Better than at home
Everything !! From a little welcome attention to trying to change entry and exit times, not to mention the (very functional) equipment and a small terrace where you can have breakfast in the sun. Comfortable bedding, a clean and functional bathroom, a cleaned kitchen, travel brochures and bilingual dictionaries. If he could still be so beautiful
Apart from some noisy neighbors, I see nothing. But hey, we only heard them during the day.

Big surprise, I really liked the city and the apartment
Loved the reception of the hostess, super delicate, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend the house, the place is excellent, clean.
