Friendliness of Caroline and the owners. The place was exactly what we were looking for, a space in nature that would allow us to relax, be comfortable and the kids could feel free! It was spectacular to be picking the fruits of the season directly from the trees.

Excellent location, excellent space

We lived in the biggest house in the quint. The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have a spacious bathroom with shower. There are also several beautiful living and dining areas, so the house can easily accommodate three couples. We were greeted with delicious port wine from the region and every morning they hung buns on the door for free. The huge property includes a fruit, vegetable and herb garden which we were allowed to get out of. The water in the pool is cleaned not with chlorine, but with salt, which is very pleasant for the skin. The kitchen has a fireplace that can be fired up on cold days with wood. The hostess was available both in person and via whatsapp for questions and advice.

We stayed at Casa da Lavoeira 2, a part of Quinta do Olival where there are only two houses and a shared swimming pool. The outside space was well taken care of. We enjoyed having our meals outside, with a very nice view of the mountains. The atmosphere is super calm and relaxing. The house itself was extremely clean and tastefully decorated, which makes it feel very welcoming. The sauna in the bathroom was nice to relax after a walk. Bringing bread every morning is a thoughtful touch that we appreciated. We recommend!

A place that makes us feel at home.

Everything is better than expected, we are tired at Lavoreiro's houses and they are lovely with a pool in front. Fresh bread every morning and a crowd of 10!

We stayed at the Lavoeira II house, a completely charming space suitable for enjoying days of rest. Extremely clean, modern decor.

The whole farm is very well taken care of, the rooms are very comfortable. each house has a barbecue area at its disposal. It is very well located, in 10 minutes it is possible to reach the center of Ponte de Lima.

Comfort, tranquility, landscape, the house, the friendliness of the hostess, everything in general.

It is our 3rd time at this farm and, as always, we were received with friendliness, availability and even with a little treat that Dona Olga always provides for our arrival. They welcome their guests like few others.

First the friendliness, then we also liked the place itself (the house, the Jacuzzi, everything very clean, the place was very peaceful, it was what we were really looking for to rest, to be a little away from stress). And look, they had a divine welcome liquor there... which was really GOOD 👌🏾 I have to thank you for everything you did for us.. And of course we repeated our trip there 😌

Peace of mind and care for every detail. The attitude and attention of Olga and her entire family is second to none. Always attentive and ready. Although it is a quiet and secluded place, there are many interesting towns within a few kilometers that are worth visiting. You can not put but.

The Quinta is very beautiful, the Casa dos Avós very well maintained with excellent access to the pool which is very pleasant. Excellent for accommodating 6 people, very functional kitchen, large dining room with a table for 8 people and a bedroom with a small lounge located on the top floor. Downstairs are 2 of the pleasant bedrooms and a beautiful living room with excellent natural light, where the TV, box and router are located.

Our stay was excellent. From the offer of welcome drinks on arrival and fresh bread every morning, to the pool, space and surrounding nature, everything was great. We stayed at our grandparents' house and every detail was thought of to provide us with a comfortable and welcoming stay: everything impeccably clean and well decorated; each of the three rooms had a bathroom, TV and its own entrance; very helpful, organized and friendly hosts and staff; we traveled with children, who loved playing in the pool, children's space and animals; and yet another important aspect these days: in the common outdoor spaces, each house had its own outside space, identified and with its own tables and chairs. A fantastic experience (only too brief) and to be repeated!

We love the concept of the rural farm, with the possibility of picking fruit and vegetables from the garden. The bread provided each morning hung on the door. A swimming pool with generous dimensions. An extremely well equipped and clean house. A well-decorated and cared for space, where typical mountain architecture combines with contemporary decor. It will never be too much to thank Dr. Olga, not forgetting also D. Susana. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days of absolute tranquility with their family, surrounded by natural beauty.

Site, calm and friendliness

Rural setting, pool, indoor amenities, cleanliness! Breakfast option in baskets with local products is very good! With children there is always something to see, the animals, the swings, the blueberry field, the vegetable garden.

Breakfast was great and adequate in quantity. The location is also good.

Tranquility, friendliness and availability of the owners. Typical Portuguese breakfast, very good. Rustic house, very well recovered, with touches of modernity, which made us feel great comfort.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is very comfortable even on cold days and is fully equipped with everything we need to cook for longer stays. It was impeccably clean and we were very well received, even being offered port wine, whiskey and green wine. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy more of the outdoor space. Thank you for everything.

The house is wonderful. Very comfortable, with the essentials, bright and spacious. Perfect for a couple looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. I was able to visit Soajo, Arcos de Valdevez, Ponte da Barca, Ponte de Lima and Lindoso. Everything very clean, with all amenities and peaceful surroundings. Coming back!

Of everything. Very quiet farm, beautiful with fantastic views. We stayed at the grandparents house which is very well decorated and very well equipped. There is a lot of space in it.

Lavoira's house is beautiful, comfortable, quiet and secluded. We can enjoy both indoors and outdoors, always with a soothing view and the chirping of birds. D. Olga is very responsive and benevolent. I loved picking blueberries for breakfast and lunch.

What I liked the most was the surprise, because the photos do not convey the house in full. It's really beautiful and the fact that we went in very bad weather, but with good weather and being able to be outside and enjoy the pool, it must be heaven.

Olga is an excellent hostess, integrated and respectful houses with the environment, rural environment, eco-trails for enjoying nature. 10 points to Quinta do Olival and Olga, who treated us very well.

In general, excellent stay in a beautiful and calm place.

Where to start(?)....perhaps due to the extreme friendliness upon arrival during check-in, the surrounding environment - calm and serene -, and the first impression with the house made the beginning of the stay extremely positive. The next day was clearly marked by the fabulous view from the room, which filled us up every morning in an almost addictive way, it was probably one of the most striking points. The Quinta is extremely well decorated, and the rural environment is well defined. The house where we stayed had all the amenities advertised, providing all the necessary comfort. The location is another positive point, as it is very close to the main accesses, as well as the main villages (< 10 minutes from Arcos de Valdevez and Ponte da Barca). In short, the desire to return is great and will certainly happen in the near future. Thanks again for the magnificent experience.

The location is fantastic. Everything is easily accessible from Quinta. And the beach in Viana do Castelo, and the cities of Braga, Guimarães, Arc de Valdeves and the natural park of Peneda Geres. The house is very well equipped. Nothing was missing in the kitchen. We preferred the grill. A supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. It offers fresh produce every day. There is a grill and utensils. The owner Olga is very friendly. She attaches great importance to making guests feel comfortable. There is a vegetable garden and orchard on the property. Everyone can use it as they wish. In the evening the view is just great.

The atmosphere was calm, the cabbages, tomatoes and grapes were delicious.

The house and farm are wonderful.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is much more beautiful than in the photos and I think the photos are beautiful. The cleanliness is exceptional... You were very careful and thought through the smallest details. All very comfortable beds and pillows. I went with children 7 and 10 years old and they were delighted. Elegant atmosphere, clean and nice decor. We are in T3 and we have nothing to claim. The hostess is perfect and a person who makes you feel at home. Obliged Olga.

Tranquility....comfort...beautiful house and surroundings...great swimming pool. Charming hosts... and they leave you on your own, although always available.

Olga's attention and the location of the house are second to none. This is by far the best hotel/farmhouse I know to this day. Both the house and the details provided by Olga and the geographical location exceeded my expectations. We'll be back with our eyes closed, no doubt.

An old farmhouse, very well restored, equipped to the highest standard, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility. Very nice exterior and clean pool. Suitable for both families and 2 couples (2 parent suites). A very warm welcome from Olga who speaks good French and very detailed advice on visits with documentation provided. We appreciated the fact that we can pick oranges ourselves at will. An ideal geographical position to visit all of northern Portugal from the coast to the Geres Park. We really liked Sistelo-Hermida-Braga-Viana do Castelo-Ponte de Lima.
