Very nice holiday home, well furnished, large bathroom with shower + double bed and spacious kitchen with everything you need.

The garden was very nice with nice views in a very quiet neighborhood. The house had everything to spend a few wonderful days.

Absolutely everything. Fernanda and Garry were the best hosts we have ever had! A great welcome with lots of attention. The view is superb. It is very quiet and peaceful. Equipment level, there is EVERYTHING. The bedding is good. In terms of location, we were able to visit the whole island from this same starting point. It was perfect, highly recommend!!

The wonderful landlords (Harry and Fernanda) took care of everything throughout the stay and were always quick and easy to get to. The apartment is also well equipped for families (mobile bed, potty, toys). The apartment has a large, well-kept garden with a terrace and sea views. You could watch the sunset every evening. The apartment is absolutely perfect for small children (0 and 2 years old). Fernanda also provided all kinds of toys and baby items (potty, crib, rocking chair, etc.). The garden has a high wall and a secure door so you don't have to worry about kids running outside etc. We were also glad the hotel didn't have a pool. An ideal starting point for hiking trips. You are in Rabacal in about 15 minutes. The sea can be reached in a few minutes.

Wonderful stay, very relaxing with very hardworking hosts who always sweetened our day with the little things without disturbing our rest and relaxation. When we arrived, a lot was already in stock, so we didn't have to buy much other than our own groceries. The house was very nice and clean with great views in all directions. A large supermarket and excellent restaurants are just 10 minutes from the apartments in Calheta. One of our finest remains to this day.

The apartment is clean, large, well appointed. The garden is very beautiful and invites you to linger. We were well received and felt very comfortable. Madeira is really worth the trip and from the apartment you can easily reach all the destinations you want by car. The next sandy beach is in the neighboring town of Calheta. This is also the starting point for whale and dolphin tours. We recommend! The kitchen has everything you need, including utensils for cleaning, a washing machine and everything you need to cook. Gary bought for us in advance, as he did on December 25th. arrived. For Christmas, there were bananas, oranges, avocados, sausages, cheese, bread, butter, drinks, as well as cakes and cookies. We will definitely stay here again because overall it was a dream come true. Thank you very much.

One of the most perfect vacation homes we have ever had. Great email communication in advance, direct WhatsApp contact after arrival and we would be greeted because somehow we couldn't find the house directly. Everything was super smooth. The house itself was completely clean, very well maintained and a very nice outdoor area. Everything was there (soap, toilet paper, kitchen utensils like salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, kitchen roll, etc.) And what was great: there were fresh buns, cold cuts, juice, water, coffee capsules , water, eggs and fruit are ready! Cribs, high chairs, stools, baby toilets, baby baths, dungeons, cereals, fruits, diapers and even baby sunscreen were available for our babies. In addition, a large selection of books, DVDs, lots of towels, etc. The owner even gave 10 fresh bananas in between and even our boarding papers were printed to us.

Clean and very floral exterior.

We spent 10 days here and didn't find a single fault during the whole time. The host was expecting and welcomed us right after our arrival. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, fully equipped two bedroom home. A welcome drink, local cake and homemade bananas on the table :-). The furnishings of the house are of high quality, stylish, and at the same time perfectly practical. You could move into the house and there would be no need to buy anything, that is, except for food... :-) My wife and I made a game out of it, which of us would find out first what we might be missing here. None of us won - on the contrary, we found more and more things that complemented the already rich equipment. E.g. spare light bulbs, batteries, toiletries, towels, tools for grilling, toys for children, an endless amount of dishes :-) Even the kitchen equipment is even richer than it is in the description. The lighting was more than sufficient, yet stylish, with many variants of different table and floor lamps, plus candlesticks with supplies of candles, etc. Lovers of sitting in front of the TV will not be disappointed either. The TV is large enough, with a range of quality satellite channels, a connected DVD player, 3x HDMI plus USB inputs. The Wi-Fi network is fast and available throughout the house and in the garden. The surroundings of the house are peaceful, surrounded by many flowering plants and banana trees. The seating offers a view of the sea. The only thing that could be considered a disadvantage elsewhere is the access road, which is quite steep if you drive straight from the coast (as the navigation usually leads). , But you will soon find out that here, in Madeira, such a location is still relatively very comfortable. To avoid an extreme arrival, just choose to arrive from the opposite side, i.e. in the downward direction, from north to south. In any case, we highly recommend a stay here and we are thinking about returning.
