Around 18:00 on the day of check-in, I noticed that the TV was not working. I reported the situation to the owner on the whatsapp number she provided. He said that the cleaning lady's husband was going to check the situation, which happened around 19:00. You went there and the TV didn't work. The owner texted me around 8:00 pm to say that you were going to come in after work to pick up the TV. I went to the Algarve to relax. I slept for 3 hours, drove for 3 and a half hours and was exhausted. At 21:00 I texted the owner and said I was too tired for you to drive the next day, let me know before he left and even get the keys in case I wasn't there and wanted to go inside. This message did not receive any response, but was displayed at 23:00. Imagine my surprise when at midnight (yes, midnight!) I wake up with a huge noise knocking on my door. Result: I woke up and was still awake at 4 am, which was extremely unpleasant. Ants have appeared in the house, which is more or less normal for this type of building in summer. The owner of the house sent a cleaning lady at our request, and if not for our perseverance, she would not have contributed anything that we had not done before. The ants invaded the beds and other furniture and we killed them with insecticide, we asked to change the bedding and clear the areas of dead ants and the woman who changed the bedding because we insisted. Communication with the owner only through WhatsApp. And if not for the incident, there would have been no contact with the personnel. Another thing we didn't like was that they barely used sanitary resources like toilet paper, trash bags, washing machine soap and the like, more than the daily necessities so you could go and buy them the next day. The lighting in the room is more decorative than practical, it was not enough at night. During the time we were in the house, the lights in the area went out 3 times.
