I consider my stay to be successful.
The proximity of Krupówki, Polana Szymoszkowa, the view.
It does not give minuses. However, a suggestion for improvement is a shelf in the shower, a coat rack at the entrance to the room, especially in winter. Earlier information about the fee for a small dog - PLN 30.

Real rating 8.5-9.0 but because it was very clean and the owners were nice 10 :)
Very nice owners, great view from the window. You can easily walk to Krupowki Street.
A subjective issue: the appearance of the bathroom, but I will mention that it was very clean.

Amazing accommodation just 15 min. from the center
The friendliness of the staff was undoubtedly the most positive point. The very kind lady gave us a room with a balcony and a view of the mountains, which was not written when I booked the room. The balcony was beautiful and being able to wake up with a view of the snow and the white city was one of the best experiences ever. The bed was also comfortable and the sheets warm. Cleanliness was impeccable. There was also a kitchenette for us to use on the same floor if we wanted. The breakfast buffet was not the best and biggest in the world, but there were very good products and they made us scrambled eggs to order!
The walls of the rooms were not very insulating and there was some noise. The television could have access to Netflix. They could have cereal as an option for breakfast. Nothing worrisome. In general everything was great! Maybe the price is a little high.

Million dollar view :)
A beautiful wooden villa, large stylish rooms and a breathtaking view of Giewont, Kasprowy and the entire Tatra Mountains. Two balconies, large windows and a rocking chair completed the whole-:) And the place is dog-friendly-:)

Very nice room, clean and in a Zakopane style. An added benefit was the kitchenette, which was located immediately after leaving the room. The only drawback may be the lack of a shelf / table for cosmetics in the bathroom. Distance from the center - 1.3 km, it's about 20 minutes on foot.

I do not recommend, the price is too high, the service and the standard are really poor
The only positive is the location, 10-15 minutes walk to Krupówki and the proximity of the bus stop
The TV did not work, the wi-fi did not work, the kitchenette was small and the fridge did not cool well - fear to keep cold meats or other meats there, the villa is locked in the evenings, to get in you have to call the owner, who then calls the person at the facility ... the price is very exorbitant for such a standard.

Impressions generally positive, with minor remarks not spoiling the stay, but worth considering.
A villa in a climatic mountain style. Beautiful view of Giewont. Close to the ski lift and Krupówki.
Little space for things, cosmetics in the bathroom, no place to dry towels or ski clothes. Dirty coffee maker - milk frothing option soiled with sour milk. Amenities include a dishwasher in the kitchen. Some nights the room was very cold.

Very nice hostess. Delicious espresso coffee is served in the dining room. A big plus for the fridge and kitchenette in the hallway next to the room and for the dining room where you can prepare your own breakfast. Great views of the mountains!
One little thing - there was no shelf in the bathroom to put things away :).

Great view from the balcony
Clean rooms to welcome you and great views from the balcony. About 7 minutes walk to Krupówki, even closer to the ski lift and equipment rental. Walking down the street, you will find a shop where you can stock up on the essentials (food, alcohol;)).
I have read very good reviews of the staff and hosts, but for 7 days I had no pleasure to meet them in person. I didn't like that during these 7 days no one changed towels or cleaned the rooms (I had 2 and 3 bed rooms).
