There were bed bugs in the mattress which we had some very nasty bites from. However, when we complained, the hosts offered us a new, bed bug-free apartment, to which we could move immediately.

The facility is very run down. Walls dirty and scratched. In the living room torn curtains, stained, dirty sofa. Behind the sofa and the TV table there are clouds of old dust and garbage. I paid for it with a severe asthma attack. In the bedroom dirty, stained pillows with other people's hair visible. Shocker! A thick layer of dust on the blinds in the bedroom. Kitchenette dirty. Greasy stains and dust everywhere. No cutlery. Dirty dishes. The only thought is to run away from here. Touching anything here is disgusting. Only, for a fair assessment - the bathroom was neat and clean. ZDECYDowanie - NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

No heater in the bathroom, the apartment is high, I spent a weekend there in December and the bathroom was unfortunately cold.

It was not very clean, there were hairs all over the apartment ( + blinds!!! The apartment is located on the ground floor and anyone can look into your window. something needs to be done about this + the dishwasher did not work.

everything else, windows overlooking trash cans, broken shutters, moldy shower, broken dishwasher, not working hosts... in fact all of these issues have been pointed out in previous user reviews, but as I had a very positive previous rental experience as at home, I thought that was an exaggeration, to my regret and the regret of my family, they were right. I forgot that during the day the neighbors come to you to throw their garbage in the containers in front of the windows, and since you don't have blinds, they even get distracted, looking inside like zoo visitors, thinking about who will be those unfortunate who is currently in this apartment. and in the morning the doorman's alarm clock moves 5 trash cans with all possible noise. Thus, it shows the rejection of managers who only think about making a profit, not caring about ruining their tenants' stay. despicable,

As soon as we arrived the facility was dirty (shower and kitchen), the shower hose was broken and the dishwasher only washed with cold water. We called customer service, efficient and helpful, who sent people to clean the next day and fix the shower the following days. Nothing to do with the dishwasher. There is a balcony, but it is on the first floor and goes directly to the garbage cans of the condominium, only it is ugly to see the smell does not reach.

The apartment is on the ground floor, the windows are high but open onto a patio; the surrounding tenement houses are high and even on a sunny day the apartment is quite dark (it's hard to tell if the sun is shining outside or the day is cloudy). There is a bit of design missing, some details that make you feel in a real apartment, but that's the role of an interior decorator. If you want to sleep - be sure to close all the windows, because in the morning from the patio you will hear unpleasant sounds of neighbors throwing garbage - into the containers placed right under the windows. Despite these slight inconveniences - the location does the trick! :)
