The house looks normal. It is even nice, but there is a problem with it consisting in a cheap finish /which is not visible in the pictures/. It is very acoustic, especially since it is a twin. It is definitely not a friendly place / in its current state / for families with small children. Very steep and terribly creaking stairs and no security on the second level - the little ones will have to be watched all the time. The bedroom lacks space to store things, e.g. clothes, etc - maybe a dresser for clothes instead of an extra bed. Bedding also has a lot to be desired and towels - well, you should bring your own. Downstairs the couch is broken and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Kitchen equipment is incomplete. Stupid thing there are no cloths or paper towels, no broom/vacuum cleaner to clean. the bathroom lacks efficient ventilation. There is no deposit to be paid, as stated in the offer, but upon receipt of the keys you will receive a contract to sign, where the amount is specified - PLN 300 for not cleaning the house. I understand that the house is new and the owners will try to remove the deficiencies, and my comments are also to let them know what they are.
