I recommend!
It was practically flawless! This cozy, clean, bright, well-furnished apartment, which has everything you need, is located in a new building. Toilet - 👍. Modern repair. Great location and windows overlooking the Vistula. Silence. Ease of independent settlement.

Clean, well-equipped apartment. There are two rooms and two places to sleep, so you can safely recommend it for a business trip with a colleague. Good location - a few minutes walk from the old town.
We only missed blinds on the windows. Or at least curtains, because there were only curtains in the windows. It is difficult to sleep longer in the morning after sunrise because the windows are huge.

It is worth staying here even for a few days.
Good location - very close to the historic center, but also easy access to the highway exit. Close to public transport. The apartment is spacious, very cozy bedroom separated from the living room. The advantage of large panoramic windows with a view of the Vistula River. There is also a capsule coffee machine with a supply of capsules and a well equipped kitchen. You can arrange regular living for a few days here. There is an oven and baking trays and a washing machine. There is a supply of extra linen and towels in the wardrobe.
Definitely a downside to the lack of intimacy. The windows face the street, they are not equipped with curtains or blinds. To feel invisible, you have to turn off the light. Baseboards fall off in some places - spend careless execution.

A place worth recommending
Very good location - close to the center. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The service solved the problems very quickly.

Fix that window and thermostat. Other than that, great.
Very close to the beautiful old town. 10 minutes walk to the town hall. The apartment is located on the very border of the old town. A big plus for the secure underground parking. Nice, modern decor, although it could use a refresh (battered walls in places, baseboards, etc. signs of normal wear and tear). Spacious, entrance door to the apartment right next to the elevator going down to the garage.
The only window in the bedroom did not open, probably broken. It couldn't even be lifted. And upon arrival, I found a temperature of 27 C in the apartment. It was possible to ventilate only in the living room and that's where I spent the first night on the couch. I tried to regulate the temperature with the thermostat, but there were no effects - the temperature did not drop despite the lower setting. A separate air-conditioner in the living room helped a bit, but turning on the air-conditioning in March to cool down an overheated apartment is at least strange. By the way, the touch controller of this air conditioner demands replacement, it was very difficult to control it, it reacted to pressing in a very random way.

Very modern and comfortable apartment. Underground parking is included in the price. Near the city center. Ideal for one or two people.

Overall, the stay was pleasant.
The owner's approach to the problem I encountered. A big advantage is the underground parking, close to the center.
Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival - Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, not emptied basket in the bathroom, glued pads on the table.

The proximity of the center, walking places so. Lift, comfort, equipment, complete satisfaction. The air conditioner was indispensable on those hot days.
