Very good access to the center. Not far from the estate there is a shopping center, on the samum estate frog, dumpling shop, health food store. Well-equipped apartment. Contact with the owners at a high level. When I am in Szczecin again, I will definitely choose this apartment.

Nice little tidy apartment, clean and modern. Netflix TV is on, there is a balcony for morning tea. Communication with the owners is excellent, everything is as described and in the photos. I recommend.

The apartment is located in a quiet and clean area with plenty of parking spaces. Very nice and clean apartment. Convenient entrance to the facility at any time of the day or night. During our two day stay here everything met our expectations.

Great apartment, clean, very good technology, everything you need. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Very nice quiet area. Excellent access to the center 5 minutes by train to Szczecin, 20 minutes by bus. Parking space. Comfortable bed. We recommend !!!

Great spacious apartment. Many hotels could learn to clean at this facility because the cleanliness was impeccable even in the least obvious places. A convenient way to check in without unnecessary procedures and making an appointment with the owner. Location on the outskirts of the city, in a quiet new residential area. For me this is a bull's-eye and I will definitely return during my next stay in Szczecin. :)
