Upper apartment. The photos are absolutely true. The equipment is very comfortable and modern. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay. With a bedroom with a comfortable bed, an excellent bathroom and a large balcony, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired. TV viewers will find a large HD flat screen with all German programs in a very well furnished living room. Underground parking in this secure residential complex is also an advantage. Shops are in close proximity (Lidl) and the path to the beach is great if you walk or bike. The icing on the cake was the hostess, who is not only friendly and helpful and speaks fluent German, but also happy to give valuable advice on restaurants and attractions if needed. I really enjoyed my 8 night stay here and I highly recommend this apartment.

As always, everything was perfect and the apartment is just super nice. Katharina is a very nice hostess and the welcome was, as always, very, very warm. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail, very clean and comfortable. We also found a great HD TV with which we could get all the super German programs. The walls of the neighboring apartment are very well soundproofed, absolutely nothing is heard from the neighboring house. The underground parking that belongs to the apartment is of course also very pleasant. We had a wonderful holiday in Svenemünde and the apartment is 1A value for money. our undefeated number 1. Very nice apartment with a balcony in a secure complex with free underground parking. Lidl and Polish market nearby. The beach with the promenade is a bit away, next time I will rent a bike or scooter.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen is well and abundantly equipped. The apartment has a very good bathroom. The handover of the keys went very well, also because the hostess speaks fluent German.

very modern furnished apartment in a complex near the railway station. Apartment with an internal oven with a small playground. All necessary utensils, wind protection, cooking, laundry, cleaning... and shops just a few meters away. To get to the beach you have to walk a bit which didn't bother me as I am a runner and the ways to get there are very varied, road, park etc.

We booked at very short notice as our first hotel was a total disaster. Katarina welcomed us very warmly despite a very spontaneous booking and a late hour. The apartment was very clean, well thought out and as described. The building is very clean and well maintained. We can fully recommend the accommodation.

Equipment and cleanliness, as well as the friendliness of the owner, as well as the possibility of using the underground car park at no additional cost. A bottle of sparkling wine as a gift.

A large apartment with a large balcony, very clean and modernly furnished

We were greeted very friendly by Katharina, she speaks excellent German. Very modern, clean apartment. Everything can be reached quickly (on foot or by bike) Our car was in the free underground parking all week. We would like to return.

The handover of the keys went smoothly. The accommodation was very comfortably furnished and every corner was clean. Unfortunately I only stayed there one night. But I would also feel comfortable there for a week. Price / quality on top 👍 Location is not right on the waterfront. But you know this before booking. I recommend this apartment with a very clear conscience.

The location is close to the main street, but very quiet as the apartment faces the courtyard. Lidl is directly opposite. About 1.5 km to the beach. Parking space in the underground car park included. The apartment has excellent equipment, everything is very comfortable and modern. The bed is comfortable, slept well. Nice big balcony. Everything you need was in stock, including coffee, tea, salt, etc. You were even greeted with sparkling wine;)

Very friendly hostess. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for living, everything is very clean, in a quiet place and very safe! The house is equipped with a fence and cameras, there is a parking place in the underground garage. I recommend to everyone!

The hostess greeted us very friendly as we handed over the keys. She gave us the details of the apartment. In case of problems in the apartment, it would always be available, but this was not necessary. We found a very clean apartment. Everything was available in the kitchen. The bathroom was well equipped and had several shelves. The existing washing machine was easy to use. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and wardrobe. If you would like to watch TV while on holiday, you have the opportunity to watch many German programs. There is a furnished balcony, great for breakfast. The apartment also has an underground parking space. We felt very comfortable and would love to return.

The hostess is very friendly and hardworking. The apartments are located in a central new building, so shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Despite the location, there is no noise in the apartment. The apartment itself is very modern with a rain shower, large fully equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, indirect lighting, underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows. The professional cleaning and the parking space in the underground car park are especially positive.

Katarina is a super personable and sweet hostess (you would immediately hug her and hug her * laughs *, she has such a natural and warm character that you immediately feel at home as a guest, and now in an apartment ;-) for relaxation ”, furnished with great attention and taste, sometimes it is the little things that make the heart shine. Katarina has decorated her holiday apartment with many little things that create a comfort factor in a warm house. ... there is everything you need for a pleasant time, from crockery to soft blankets ** .... a beautiful bathroom is an absolute dream !! the balcony is very comfortable, and everything here also sparkles with cleanliness ".. .. the mattress in the bedroom is of high quality .... I want to emphasize one thing, we NEVER had such a SUPER CLEAN APARTMENT like Katarina! we can only recommend it to all travelers .. .. the residential complex itself is very quiet and very well maintained ... shopping is not a problem either, LIDL is located diagonally across the road :-)) Dear Katarina, thank you very much for your warm hospitality and for the wonderful vacation that we were allowed to spend with you .. .. Key handover was great, we were picked up from the meeting point. Katharina speaks excellent German, she is just very nice. You immediately felt at home.

Very friendly and uncomplicated owners. Fast response to emails and hassle-free key transfer. Arriving earlier was not a problem either. Definitely recommended!
