We will definitely never go to the hotel again. The rooms were dirty. The showers didn't work. We were there as a whole family, from seniors to small children (14 people), so you can imagine how we were looking forward to our vacation together... The hotel entices with nice photos of the amenities, but it's a big lie!!! The hotel does not have a pool at all. It's not about the bathrooms and the wellness center at all. For example, "Wellness" contains a smelly hot tub in the hotel's boiler room between the machines and a broken Finnish sauna where the door cannot be closed. In addition, for a fee of €10/person/each entry. I wouldn't set foot there even if it was incl. during the stay. They will send you to the pool at a place 9 km from the hotel. There was none in the hotel. The bar was not working and it was not possible to order food in the restaurant. The so-called The "restaurant" of the hotel was basically a dining room where you could only eat what you brought there. (Not including pre-ordered breakfast) Wifi didn't work at all The photos on the children's playzone page are also probably downloaded from some other site. The children's corner in the hotel is an old meeting room where children had just papers and a few toys. A mess everywhere and leftover food on the floor. So they didn't clean it at all. If, unfortunately, one of the guests ordered a massage, they kicked the children out of the meeting room = "corner" and there they did the massage, which of course was also for a fee. Simply - the price of accommodation was not high and one would accept the fact that he would not find all the benefits mentioned above. But the lying of the hotel about the facilities, which did not meet even 20% of what they state on the Internet, is catastrophic.

Hotel failure with a capital P, we will never go back there. The rooms are dirty, mainly in the bathroom, an unpleasant smell. The hotel advertises itself as a spa, which we found out on the spot only during the week, it is closed on the weekend when there are the most guests. In addition, very poor breakfast. In general, the whole stay we were disgusted and broken by these pseudo hotel conditions.

Wellnes and Spa, unfortunately, only in words, there is no information about the closed wellness area (pool, saunas), only massages are available. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor, the wallpaper and bedside lamps are very dirty, the bathrooms are poorly ventilated so the towels could not be used twice, nothing was left to dry.

Apparently in the full summer season, there was not much time to clean the bathroom more perfectly, as we found the toilet not flushed, the shower gel not refilled, but the rest of the room was fine, otherwise we have nothing to complain about

The downside is Wi-Fi, which on the second floor did not allow browsing.

The cleanliness in the room left much to be desired, it was not completely vacuumed, there was dust on the kettle, as well as a container for a toothbrush and paste. Bad bread at breakfast time.

The entrance to the hotel is poorly signposted.

The check-in times listed on the booking page are different from those in the hotel. The room is large and reasonably clean, worse with the staircase and the ski room - very dirty. The staff in the restaurant looks at each other and has no desire to approach and serve guests, you wait for the card and service feeling like an intruder. One day it was impossible to use the restaurant at all because they had a group, which we were informed by the waiter after a 5 minute wait. Breakfast served for 1.5 hours. No approach to the Guest and the organization.

On arrival we were given 2 rooms as booked but one room was not tidy and the person at the front desk did not supervise it. We got another room, but it was too far from the children. So I had to ask the maids who were already cleaning the room if we could wait. The room dams were so friendly and we waited. There was pizza as compensation and we were allowed to eat from the cold buffet. I must say that what is often criticized in reviews is true. In one room there were only small towels and in the other only large ones. It stank in both rooms. The rooms were not cleaned all week. Garbage is not thrown away, in the bathrooms there are only small bins. The towels weren't changed. Toilet paper is not replenished, the guest must take care of all this alone. The wellness center is not offered at all. On the penultimate day, we accidentally learned from a guest that you can order a Jacuzzi. I tried and left quickly. Water as yours is quite dirty after 4 uses!!! As a medical educator, I know a thing or two about hygiene! As for the dangers... Bases without water, dirty sauna floors. I know that we will never return. Almost no English was spoken... It wouldn't have been for and not too bad, but communication is rather difficult as a result.

Meals, especially the optional ones bought on the spot. The breakfasts were ok. The location and condition of the playroom in the attic - it is difficult to overcome such a number of stairs with a small child, and a 3-5 year old cannot go there alone. Plus an unpleasant smell. I wouldn't call this place a hotel, more like a guest house.

Despite the request for an early breakfast and agreement in the morning, unfortunately it was closed at the agreed time.

The wifi that was supposed to be in the whole hotel I only saw when I was in the restaurant. No network was visible in my room. A big minus for the inaccuracy in check-in and check-out times. My booking on booking said check-in time was 4:00 pm and check-out time was 11:00 am. In the regulations received from the lady at the reception, it was 14.00-10.30. The lack of markings on Google maps made it difficult to find the hotel.

Google maps show wrong location. You must follow the directions on booking.com and not on Google Maps.

I don't like it when there are guests who try to win even more and make a fuss about anything instead of resting and it was similar in every hotel, including someone making a fuss that billiards cannot be played after 10.30 pm because the night's curfew. There are lots of children and families in the hotel, everyone wants to relax and they won't listen to knocks. I had a room close to the billiards room and thank you that the reception asked the guests at 22.50 who were very upset. Not the way.

The weather is not good. But Stok next to the hotel sensational snow all the time and the temperature is below zero. Beautiful views.

The first room we got was very small with terribly loud neighbors. The bed was too small for one person, not two. The shower in the attic bathroom is completely uncomfortable for a 190 cm tall person. Information at the reception was equal to zero. They don't let me know when breakfast is served, which room is located where, how to use it, opening hours, etc... Zero knowledge of the English language. I had to translate what I had to say from English to Polish over the phone. I think that the least that a hotel should do is to have a person at the reception desk who can at least speak English in addition to his own mother tongue. After the first night, we complained that we wanted another room, as the bed might be suitable for children, but not for two adults, and the heating does not work and the additional electric radiator is also inoperable. The built-in radiator raises some questions anyway, when you see it... They readily provided us with a larger room where there was already a normal-sized bed, and the heating could be said to be sufficient. We didn't swim here without problems either. The shower drain was blocked and instead of going down, the water came up with all kinds of dirt. The next morning, before we left, we even announced this, and the answer was: "No problem!". I couldn't really understand this, but I thought that there was no point in explaining anything, since they wouldn't have understood it that way. I can only hope that the drain is fixed before the next guest arrives. The breakfast was also a special sensation, as they said (of course after I inquired about this too) that breakfast is between 8 and 10 in the morning, but nevertheless they started packing everything at 9:30. The tables weren't cleaned either, which was empty and could be occupied in principle.

The Spa Zone, as it turned out, was not available to guests booked with Booking, but as compensation for waiting for the room, it was made available to us, unfortunately the conditions in the SPA are a tragedy, the JACUZZI is dirty, the sauna has traces as if someone was walking in shoes, only one sauna was in operation, the Spa zone was available only after prior arrangement and only for 30 minutes there was no access to it at all times, the swimming pool was closed. 3. The food was good but inconsistent with the menu, half of the menu was not available, some portions were microscopic compared to the prices, only pizza was available after 6 pm. The bread served at breakfast was stale. 4. The rooms were not cleaned once for 5 days and the garbage was not taken out. 5. The stairs leading from the ski room to the slope are icy, not even sprinkled with anything, it is very easy to get injured.

Abolish the additional fee for the sauna and jacuzzi that is charged to guests and the swimming pool that was not available to change the service that even guests He doesn't say good morning and the food is not fresh and the coffee machine doesn't work almost all the time

Completely unmarked access to the hotel. In addition, there are double names on the building, so it is not known if the man is in the right place. At the entrance, the atmosphere is spoiled by unfriendly staff who charge an additional commission for card payments, despite the fact that the price is guaranteed by Booking. Wellness and Spa is an abstraction in this hotel. Nothing is prepared, swimming pool without water, jacussi and sauna "cold". Mini gym in the conference room, which was a trifle mess. In other words - a hotel with great potential, unfortunately unused. There is clearly no good manager.

No daily room service, at least take out the trash. Only one water, tea and cleaning products per stay. Writing off a card payment. Incomprehensible information from the front desk staff about the location of the ATM, which was actually located in the adjacent area next to the lift.

There was no pool, the spa area did not work all the time, the playroom was very modest (few toys and, moreover, destroyed)

Insignificant little things

spa hotel??? When we arrived everything was closed. I don't think there is a pool there. Attention, the photos are not identical to the number, but they must have a great photographer!!! Bedside lamps without socket. Saved on heating. It was cold for the kids and my wife!!! Good thing it was only minus 5 degrees. The rooms are not cleaned in between!!!!! Check out only!! Toilet flush button broke! Access to the hotel was opened only very late. Not everyone has four-wheel drive or chains, which are indispensable there! Maybe a second coffee machine at breakfast would be nice!

Flaw

The staff, or more precisely, the lack of it. Mr. or Mrs. from the reception, jumped to the restaurant or bar and back to the reception. Nobody knows anything. Overall total chaos. In the evening, wanting to order pizza + grilled sausage, I got a surprising answer. There may be pizza, but no sausage, because the sausage cook has gone home. And the pizzermen will not do it :D funny but true. Waitresses from Ukraine. Swimming pool?? Ha ha I'm fine with that, only in the pictures on booking.com - POOL doesn't exist, doesn't work and won't work! The stairs to the slope (descent from the hotel) are so icy that it's a shock (don't try in ski boots), but in total who is supposed to clear the snow if there are no staff. If it wasn't for the fact that I wanted to have a nice time with my family, I would have made a fuss there.

The passage to the ski lift was not cleared of snow. Going down a rather steep staircase ... you know what happens if you have to climb a staircase covered with snow, in many places already slippery or invisible under the snow cover. This is a rather important question, especially if you need to climb such a ladder several times a day. Just a little note, when checking in at the front desk staff have to advise or provide information about what and where in the hotel and how to use it ... you need to ask about everything ... and yet the receptionist can inform you immediately ... Staff could be more active or there would be better information availability ...

As usual, there are people who are bothered by everything, even that it's too hot or that the bar is not open until 24 or something else, you can't rest in peace then rent separate houses and be there alone without disturbing other people's rest.

There is no information anywhere that the pool and jacuzzi are not working and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Small room, I dare say it is more of a single room. For 1 night endure, but I cannot imagine two big people for a few days in this world.

Service and breakfast in a very small amount, if you did not manage to come down for breakfast right at the beginning, there was not much choice left.

There is no wellness and spa in the facility, only discounts for the nearby wellness and spa, thermal baths. The ventilation in the rooms could be better - you need to open a window or turn on the hood. Playroom / empty room without equipment is visible in the photo from booking.com

No coffee maker for breakfast, bad coffee, in the evening the bar is closed. Dinner hours 16-18 (dinner may be later)

Poorly signposted driveway to the hotel

Two days after check-in, when the room was cleaned, the most attention was drawn to unwashed (or possibly taken) glasses of water, which left an unpleasant taste.

Problematic entrance due to the repair of the bridge (zakopyanka) in Poronin. Otherwise, the area around the eyes would be very high.

The room had a strange setting. The front door slid open as it caught on the bed. Very weak light bulb in the bathroom. The water temperature is not regulated. Either warm or hot and low pressure.

Wi-Fi only works inside, at tables that are located outside, next to the reception - not covered. Overall a good property, but untapped potential. The sun loungers in front of the house on the bench are damaged, dirty. It can be seen that none of the staff saw them for a long time, which is a pity, because you could relax on them. There is a terrace, but it overlooks the mess outside the hotel, and it was enough to put a few chairs and tables on it for a cup of coffee.

Bathroom slightly renovated, little space for cosmetics, breakfast is good but very poor compared to other similarly priced hotels, there was not much to choose from
