Great location, but that's all we knew when choosing the apartment. Close to everything - to the sea, to SKM, to the tram, to supermarkets. Very elegant skyscraper, The whole apartment in a cool configuration. Nice balcony with a table and 3 chairs, you could have breakfast in the morning. Coffee maker in the kitchen. Washing machine in the bathroom. Tight, but assigned to the apartment parking space, although the block was also often free. Excellent square between blocks for training roller skates / rollers

The apartment is very clean and very well decorated. There is everything you need for the trip, the kitchen and plumbing are on top. Safe area. Good contact with the owner. I highly recommend it!

Modern apartment, very comfortable, well equipped. In addition to the basic necessary elements, we also have a coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and such little things that the owners do not always think about: salt, pepper, dishwashing detergent, sugar, tea. ... an underground car park - there is also access to a bicycle room - although there were no places to park bicycles, there was no problem leaving bicycles in the parking lot behind the car. Overall excellent.
