Good hotel for transit
Very comfortable hotel as part of a transit between two flights, the bedding was very comfortable and the manager booked us a taxi for 3:30 in the morning. there are many local shops and restaurants nearby.

Recommended near the airport
We chose this place because it was close to the airport. We didn't want the stress of Cebu, and it was an oasis in the midst of the chaos. A clean pool, spacious room (cold water shower) friendly staff and everything taken care of.
I would have preferred hot water in the shower, but it wasn't a problem.

A garden, calm, close to the airport
Rather good overall: a large well-kept garden, a restaurant, a swimming pool and very suitable bungalows (hard, quite spacious, with a small terrace), rather quiet. Bathroom really not very young but which does the trick if you remember that you are not in Switzerland. TV, wifi ok. Friendly staff. Quite close to the airport (but watch out for traffic jams on holidays). Is at the very end of a fairly popular but frankly carefree cul-de-sac. To go to Cebu other than by taxi, you have to ask the locals first: there are quite a few small buses that make the trip (especially in the direction of the big malls).

Beautiful hotel with very difficult access
The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are beautiful, in the clean park with fruit trees and exotic plants.

Calm and relaxing stay

It was ok for 2 nights, you can definitely relax. Unfortunately I couldn't test the pool
Good breakfast at a reasonable price. Analogous beautiful green (with a budgie cage and 2 rabbits running free) and that in the middle of Lapu-Lapu. Well found thanks to Google Maps, also thanks to the sign on the main road, otherwise I would not have found it.
Everything is a bit old air conditioning a bit louder but still works. Water in the shower only cold but o.k.

the tranquility of the place, the space of the room and the fridge is very practical !! very friendly staff! and of course the swimming pool!
just accessibility in case of rain, "not possible" to get around on foot! but that's not related to the establishment, that's how it is!!

Short vacation like with the family
The green area in front of our bungalows. Really nicely groomed. The owner has done a great job here. The pool is great too. The kids had fun here with us. The bungalow had very good WiFi. shower is getting old, but a flow heater instead. For the price I can't complain. The room wasn't a Hilton, but if you're looking for that, you've come to the wrong place. Mattress was comfortable for me at 115 kilos. Air conditioning a bit noisy, but you can live with it. Outside there is also a small kitchen for everyone. My wife insisted on cooking our breakfast there. But you can also recommend the restaurant. Real German bread and the menu is well stocked. We have had dinner there several times and it was well cooked. The price is ok there too. Would check in there again anytime for a few days. Very nice staff as well as the owner is not withdrawn. Liked him straight away. Just an honest guy.
There isn't much there. But what I missed in the toilet is an ass shower. I'm not a friend of lots of paper and is much more hygienic and actually just on the Phils standard. Yes, and there was the path between the main road and the accommodation after the rain. A part about 10 meters had to or could only be walked through with wet shoes. So always in slippers for shopping. We really didn't like that. But the owner had previously explained to me that he had tried to refurbish it at his own expense. But the Filipinos put a spanner in the works for him. Thats Philippines

Helpful staff and great location in Mactan close to the airport.
Breakfast varied according to wishes, Filipino, continental, American or even German. A traditional family hotel with a familiar approach.
Complicated arrival. Although I am a registered member of booking, where they constantly offer me a 10% discount on taxis, I still paid 90 PHP for the transfer to the airport for mediation through booking.

Nice clean facility
The complex belongs to a German, I managed to communicate well with him and his wife, the room is clean. Therefore, the food was also European, varied and very good. The pool was big and clean too.
The location was not very good, it was in the middle of the "squatter zone", in other words, in the slums, and the noise of the aircraft due to the proximity to the airport was also present.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The food was really great. The accommodation and the property itself were very good. The value for money was excellent. I can recommend accommodation to everyone.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very poor there, but this was also due to the fact that a natural disaster in December 2021 destroyed the Internet connection. After long wanderings, the Internet finally recovered two days before my arrival. The internet was enough to use Whatsapp or similar. Unfortunately, there was nothing else.

Great location, lovingly designed facility, nice pool, very nice owner and friendly staff!
There is nothing to complain about in terms of price-quality ratio - if you want a well-groomed bathroom or designer furniture, you will have to dig in your pocket and book elsewhere.

Swimming pool
The owner is not very nice.. I have a friend who came to visit me in the afternoon.. Having a room for 2 people alone, it seemed possible to enjoy the pool with my friend.. rejection by the owner..knowing that the hotel is empty doesn't bother anyone. .

Agréable
We spent two nights at this hotel, close to the airport (10 minutes from the airport) and the mall! The pool is a real plus for a city like Cebu, the hotel restaurant is quite good and very cheap! The rooms are quite big, clean and independent! The setting is beautiful with a beautiful garden

disappointing
very disappointing value for money.... this hotel is expensive especially without breakfast..... 1800 pesos... this establishment should have a price of 1200 pesos...... not come across in addition, only foreigners.... no Filipinos .... these foreigners are also very few .... without the services of Booking.com, there would definitely be no one

I thought better
The structure is at the very bottom of a difficult and, to put it mildly, not very challenging route. The staff is very rude because they did not answer our emails earlier, they did not call us a taxi from the airport even if asked, and in the evening when I asked if there was anything to eat, it was around 8 pm, I was initially ignored, then they said no. I really don't understand the dynamics of this hotel. The rooms themselves are not bad, but the rest is really depressing.

The hotel is located in a back street. A little sinister. Very very simple. Such a shame how the cottages really need some maintenance.

On the way from the airport
decent food. The pool is quite comfortable.
Nothing to do around. We picked it up after seeing it was close to the airport, but it's actually half an hour on an Uber.

The most relaxing stay ever
The owner was kind and the staff was very friendly too😃 The pool was cleaned every morning, the room was clean, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. I will come to the Philippines next month, so I definitely want to use it. We originally planned to stay for 5 nights, but added 7 nights and ended up staying 12 nights. I will come to the Philippines next month, so I will use Lapulapucottages.

Excellent hotel
Clean room. Rabbits run in the yard. The room had great pillows, a great comfortable big bed. Clean sheet. The air conditioner is noisy, but does its job perfectly. No one slept with us at all. At our request, we were allowed to swim in the pool until 22.00, although it closes at 21.00.
The prices in the restaurant are too high. Food costs more than it costs in the same establishments outside the territory. Breakfast costs from 600 pesos.

Simple hotel, a bit boring room, nice pool, they prepared good food for us in the restaurant, I didn't try everything, comfortable hotel, because it's close to the airport, rabbits are everywhere, very nice! ! Especially good if you want a hotel near the airport for an early departure. The staff is always friendly and available.

An oasis of calm in a troubled city
A very warm welcome. The owner is very attentive. the location (10 minutes from the airport) makes this hotel an interesting stop for an early flight the next day. We were able to enjoy a very pleasant swimming pool. Good quality catering offered. The rooms are basic (slightly outdated furniture) but very clean.

It looks good, but the contents match the price
・Stylish design on the premises ・The inside of the cottage is thoroughly cleaned ・The reception of the female staff is amiable and polite ・Fruit salad is delicious ・In addition to Filipino cuisine, there are dishes such as American breakfast, and although it is small, the menu is abundant.
- Only cold water comes out of the shower ・There is a possibility that the cleanliness of some food is not ensured (I had a stomachache 30 minutes to 1 hour after eating vegetable salad and asparagus soup, and after that I felt bad about eating for about a week. American breakfast is fine. ) ・Male staff (presumed to be in his 50s) and his neighbors cannot be trusted →I was told that there was a photo spot so I would introduce it, but without being told where to go, I was put on a tricycle owned by a neighbor. The place we arrived at was the “cockfighting arena”. I was asked to pay an entrance fee of 100 pesos, and I also paid for the male staff. After about an hour, I got on the tricycle of my neighbor (a man in his 50s and 60s) and returned to Lapu Lapu Cottage, but after arriving, I was asked for 200 pesos.

An oasis of calm in busy Cebu.
An oasis of calm in busy Cebu. We only stayed 1 night but would like to stay one more night. We arrived in the dark, so we didn't see much, but what stood out were the stray rabbits, who made our youngest very happy. The pool is very spacious and quiet and we could eat in the restaurant. The garden was beautiful and there were several houses around the garden. Nice and small resort. The rooms were spacious and had a veranda. We had everything we needed for one night and left early the next day.
We couldn't find anything during our short stay.

Swimming pool beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is also very good.
Did not like - loudly said. I would say location. It's not far from the airport, but there isn't much around. Ask the staff to call a taxi, that's the best! Otherwise the room is basic but for the price it's right. The only problem? Air conditioner noise.

Spacious cottage in a very good area... summer kitchen with everything you need... very nice pool, also suitable for sports swimming.... very good restaurant, also with German cuisine... good value for money

That if the wind blows in the wrong direction, then the planes should take off over the cottage. This is very annoying and frustrating. And the environment.
