The long journey from the hotel to the hotel street is not possible by car.

The location is gap
It was on the ㅣfloor, so it was very convenient to use the swimming pool, and the location was the best as it was near D'Mall right in front of White Beach.
It included breakfast for two, so my daughter paid an extra fee, but it was a lot more expensive than other hotels. It's 300 pesos per night at Hee*tel and 450 pesos per night at He* Garden, but I paid 900 pesos per night here. Breakfast wasn't bad.

Friendly accommodation right in front of the beach
Check-in is 24 hours and the location is really great. It's right in front of the beach, so it's good to play on the beach, and it's close to D'Mall. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly
What is more disappointing than the improvement point is that it is not an ocean view and the pool is smaller than expected?

Perfect
First of all, the location is the best It was nice that D'mall was close and there was a Starbucks nearby I was able to have a free 30-minute massage at the spa in the hotel and a cocktail as a free drink during sunset, and the food I ordered was delicious. Breakfast is better than expected I liked that the staff were all friendly
I think I need a dehumidifier in the room. The bedding was not comfortable because it kept feeling damp, and there was a smell like a basement warehouse (I'm sensitive to smells) It would have been nice to have made a reservation for the free spa in advance at check-in, but I didn't know that I had to make a reservation, so I couldn't use it in the end.

Totally recommended!!
It's in station 2 and it's in the very heart of it, so it's really really nice. It's really close to D'mall and you can walk everywhere. It was really nice to watch the sunset while drinking a free 30-minute massage and a free drink! The accommodation smells good, towels, etc. are kept organized, and it was spacious and clean. The pool is smaller than I thought, but it was okay because I don't have much use for it! You can rent beach towels over and over again, and the view is nice and the best haha
There was nothing to regret! What's disappointing is the price. Still, I think it's good value for money.

Today, this is probably the best hotel on this coast.
We met 2016 at this hotel and decided to meet 2019. During this time, the staff has not changed, the same friendly, helpful, ready to respond and help in any question or problem. We arrived 3 hours earlier, but we were immediately accommodated. The hotel has two Russian-language cable TV channels.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room did not work well. We have contacted twice, but to no avail. Then we were advised to sit in the lobby :-). The breakfasts have changed too. The signature omelet and bacon have changed, apparently the chef has changed.

Exceptional
Ideal location right on the beach, a few meters from the central "shopping mile", but very quiet, without extraneous noise, good breakfast, friendly staff, very good spa or massage room in the hotel complex, acceptable number of hotel rooms
Roommates have very thin / noisy walls to monitor the background noise of the adjacent TV.

Best hotels in Boracay
I think this is the best place to stay in Boracay. I think it's better than Henan, especially if you go as a couple rather than as a family. There is a pool on the first floor of the accommodation, but it's not big, but there are 6 sunbeds, so you can rest comfortably. Plus, it's nice that you can order and eat food at the restaurant on the first floor. There is a cafe and restaurant on the first floor, and the mango juice sold at the cafe is highly recommended. In addition, muesli or yogurt balls are also delicious. The restaurant is very cheap, but it's really good, and you can see the sunset around 5 o'clock, which is really nice. There is a bar on the 3rd floor that serves a lot of really good cocktails. And the atmosphere is good because they do live music. The hostel staff are all very friendly. He's so nice and kind that he really wants to be so kind. Also, the location is the best! D'Mall is a 5-minute walk away. The beach right in front is also a paradise if you rent a beach towel and use it. Highly recommended as the best accommodation!
There was nothing to regret!! There isn't one. It's a perfect place to stay. Meal at the accommodation. sunset. You don't have to go out because you can solve everything, even drinking. It's a really good accommodation, and I highly recommend it: ㅇ

How friendly are the staff?
I liked it because they said they would give me an upgraded room instead of the room I reserved... The room on the 4th floor.. The elevator was broken.. Without prior understanding... I blindly went to the 4th floor.. Upgrades weren't that great...

The service, breakfast, facilities, and spa are all great.
It was clean and friendly. Boracay is very analog, but the accommodation is modern and quiet, so it was nice to feel free from the noise when entering the accommodation. Especially the location of the hotel is fantastic. There is White Beach right in front, and it is in the middle of Beach Road, so the traffic lines are short on both sides, and it is less noisy because it is at the border between Station 2 and Station 1. And District Hotel Spa is the best. There are so many spa/massage in Boracay, but I kept looking for other places, but eventually came back to the hotel and received it 3 times. It is a luxurious, comfortable and healing spa.
If you turn on hot water, it will become lukewarm later. It's not difficult to wash, but it was a little disappointing. Since Boracay is a small island, all hotels may be like that.

Very good
Free rental of beach towels available The breakfast menu wasn't bad, and the beach right outside the door. About 10 minutes walk to D'mall.
Soundproofing between rooms is a bit weak. There was a child in the next room, and I could hear him crying.
