They didn't check in for a long time, because there is no reception and there was no one to give me the keys. I drove 6 hours from another island and had to wait an hour in the heat. There was no water in the room! All day, I asked the staff to fix it in the evening, I come - everything is in place. I came to them again, they say - we will figure it out, come back in 15 minutes. Ok, I come, they make round eyes, they begin to create the appearance of an active discussion, they say: "Well, yes, there is no water, sorry" I demand to change my number or find me a free shower - they give me a piece of paper with the owner's number, call him! I say - call yourself and ask this question, I paid for a room with water! Wildly non-lazy attitude, even strange, Filipinos are all very sympathetic, ruined the mood. As a result, they let the water in, but in a thin stream and muddy with a smell, it was even scary to wash her hands. I do not recommend (
It has a TV, Wi-Fi, a simple and pretty room, very close to the best sugar beach and the center of Santa Fe!
There is no hot water, but on the islands it is normal.
- the kindness of the mother and her children - the massage center next door and at a good price - there are several restaurants nearby. - Kota beach within walking distance and 13 minutes by scooter from Sandira beach and paradise beach and 5 minutes by tricycle from the port to take the boat to hagnay. - the price of a room with air conditioning.
- there is no hot water and the bathroom is very small, the sewage system is almost blocked and therefore the room is flooded every time. - no cleaning was done for 3 days, it was necessary to make a request or nothing. - same with shower towels and bed. - On the first night when we were 2 years old, there was only one pillow ...
Great location, courteous hostess
no complaint
It has a very good location, right in the village, in the area of bars and restaurants. The beach is very close. It is in a shopping plaza that has a hairdresser, pastry shop, a small basic store ... At the top, there is a great massage center and a small cafeteria. The room had an individually controlled air conditioner which worked well.
The placement is very basic. The premises are mounted on a commercial basement with vinyl tiled windows and curtains so there are no windows that open outward. There were only a couple of boxes, you should have put at least a hanger or something similar in them to hang your clothes. Cleaning was not done every day, on the third day I had to ask for it (agreed without any problems). No wifi, although we asked the woman in the cafeteria upstairs and she entered the room. I don’t think the accommodation is very bad either, but there are better options on the island for the same value for money.
