Top price-performance ratio. Basic but clean accommodation with hot water and comfy bed. Guest lifter was also very friendly.
The value for money. The bed (double bed) although it sagged in the middle, was quite comfortable and wide for two people. There was plenty of bedding, we have not been cold. The shower had good pressure and although the first day the water was a little lukewarm, the second day it was really hot.
There was never toilet paper in the bathroom. There was also no hand soap. When the light on the stairs was turned on, it entered the room.
It had a kitchen, the room was clean and the location is good.
One of the showers was with hot water, but the other, no matter how long I waited, was with cold water. We had the room next to the kitchen and you could hear everything, but we would repeat it.
Easy check in and check out, value for money, everything was clean
It wasn't anything special, but there's also nothing to complain about
Location is suitable
Toilet paper was not supplied, you had to ask for it and they didn't give you paper that had already started to run out. The hot water in the shower came out without any pressure, towels were not provided either. Sometimes there was no one at the reception. They gave us tours to do around Puno (the girl from the friendly hotel) but the agency offered a disaster, we had problems and they didn't even answer... That part is disappointing!
