Practical, economical, safe and warm.
The views were awesome. It has a very nice and pleasant open dining room for breakfast or dinner. The rooms and stay are clean and safe. They also accept pets. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful.
It is far from the center, there is mobility that leaves you exactly at the door, but not until the night from 9-9:30 mandatory taxi. I am missing belongings (cups, glasses, knives, pots), I am sure that the person in charge can provide you but the idea is that it comes complete and not asking all the time.

A very nice stay.
It is close to the center of Cusco. There is a transport that leaves you at the door, it is very practical. The area is very quiet, the owner is very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended.

there is a closed car park, and enough to have breakfast in the morning
we were given a not clean apartment, and we were asked to make it clean because cleaning is not included (it costs 30sol) really not in the center, you have to walk a good 10 min downhill to get there and to go back up it is better to take a taxi

Perfect!! Meet 3B!!
Great location, about 10 minutes walk to the main square of Cusco, very cozy, the most important thing is that they accept pets 🐶 and the kindness of Mrs Karina. I am very grateful! 😊

Cozy rest
The friendly attitude of the staff and attention to our requests. Penthouse with a cool view with the opportunity to have breakfast and even cook meals.
The water in the shower comes out with little pressure. The front door number is not well marked, it takes a taxi a while to find it. The interior was under development

An excellent choice
Karina and Cesar are great hosts, they will help you with everything you need. The accommodation is very close to the historical center, about 5 minutes by car or about 15 on foot.

Family weekend trip to Cusco
I went with my family for a few days but we were very pleased with the experience, the kindness of Karina and her husband was very nice and the location is perfect, close to the main square (you can go by taxi, on foot or on the batman bus), the apartment was quite spacious and cozy, everything is very clean and comfortable. A great overnight option if you decide to travel to Cusco!

nice little accommodation with everything you need. Homemade breakfast every morning (plates, cups, gas stoves, everything available) The owner is very friendly and always helpful.

really a scam

They cheated me as I am renting a duplex with the view you suggest and in the end I arrived in a dug out place with no sunlight, dirty etc. I didn't agree and they changed me to the one they suggested, but it had stained sheets, shower It was cold and I found 2 huge spiders, they didn't give me breakfast. Because of the above, I decided to move to another place, and on top of that, they charged me more. You must answer me for this scam.

The kindness of Karina and Juan Cesar, the apartment was great, they let us leave our bags after check out and get home easily thanks to the Batman bus.

Nice apartment with a nice view.
Breathtaking view from room and terrace Spacious room. Quiet area very easy to reach on foot or by bus 23. There are shops opposite where you can buy what you need. Karina, her family, Huaquin and Pomposo are very hospitable. Very warm blankets and perfect hot water.
To put something in, I would add some basic kitchen cleaners. We miss the heat, although everything goes away by hand.

Inexpensive, clean and nice apartment with nice hosts!
Apartamento grande con cocina y un baño bueno! La dueña Karina fue tan amable y nos ayudó con todas cosas!! The apartment was large, clean and had a basic kitchen. The owner Karina was very nice and really helped us with everything. , from bank transfers to printouts, just ask! There are two small shops around the corner where you can buy everything you need. It takes about 10-15 minutes to the city, but it's worth taking a taxi back because of the mountain. Overall value for money: 1A
Hacía pocito frío, pero había muchos coberturas y la ducha fue muy bueno y caliente. The apartment was a bit cold but there were enough blankets on the beds and the shower was very nice and warm!

Lovely terrace
Great lady host (Karina) very helpful. Cheap sleeping in Cusco, if you don't expect luxury, go ahead and stay here. A wonderful terrace overlooking the whole city, you can make a barbecue. WiFi even two networks, to the center by taxi for 6 soles or by bus for soles, 12 minutes on foot.

the attention of very friendly and correct hosts, the water in the shower is excellent, the pressure is good and very warm. Very grateful, they came to pick us up from the airport and we took advantage of some of the tour packages they recommended.
It's not downtown although we were told there is a bus that goes to the door.

Nice view but very basic accommodation
The view from the rooftop terrace and from the room was very good. Unfortunately, the neighbor is building another floor, so the construction is blocking the view from the room a bit! Karina was very nice and there is a cheap laundry service.
There is no heating, but there are a lot of blankets! Otherwise the accommodation is a bit dated and the rooftop terrace room was full of junk. It was probably low season, we were the only guests.

Perfect place!
The comfort and that it was spacious, it was very clean and the owners were very attentive to us and kept our luggage as we drove to Machupichu.
The place, although judging by the page, it is in the center, it is not, it is a little remote and uphill, although it is true that going down, you will reach the square in five minutes. It doesn't really matter though, as the traffic is outside and it's possible to climb on it.

Above the roofs of Cusco
The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing! Large apartment, kitchen, refrigerator, hot water. Neighbor arranges good tours at reasonable prices (ask Christian), washing 5 soles per kilo. Batman's bus line stops right in front of the door! 0.80 soles up to Centro
Need to do 2-3 minor repairs😉

Great view of Cusco
A very friendly and welcoming welcome from the owner who offered us a 1st floor apartment with Cusco views and warmer due to the room with panoramic windows instead of the duplex apartment on the ground floor which is colder compared to the season. Good address 7 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas or take the inexpensive bus less than sol 1 which stops opposite. In addition, his friend Christian can offer you tourist tours.

excellent quality price
Value for money is good, facilities are good, terrace view and if you are not that close to the center there is a micro (Batman) that goes past your door and back to the center.
1) the room was not ready for our entry, although we spoke on the phone and agreed on the time. 2) Cleaning every day is carried out for an additional fee, as well as a change of towels. 3) There were 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child) but they only gave us 2 towels, I asked for a third but they never brought it to us.

Wonderful stay in Cusco
Karina is an amazing person! Kind, friendly and always smiling...even if due to a flight delay, there was no problem in receiving me after 11pm. Also great for organizing tours and with the right tips for getting around Cusco. Stunning view of Cusco from the top terrace. I sincerely recommend it to anyone who comes to Cusco.

Stay for 7 in Cusco
Apartment for 7 people very clean, very comfortable beds. Very hot water. Plan your sweaters in September in Cusco where the nights are chilly! The kindness and friendliness of the staff is very nice! We went to Machu Picchu and the hosts were very kind to leave our big bags for 1 day.
Walk uphill from Plaza de Armas to the apartment, about 20 minutes; be careful ;) there is a bus that goes straight to the Plaza de Armas that passes in front of the apartments.

The apartment is big, a bit far from the center but easily accessible by bus or taxi. Two small shops in front of the apartment are very convenient for lunch and breakfast. On the other hand, since it was cold (in winter), it was too cold in the ground floor apartment.
Our host is always available for our services. There are washing machines. We also washed and dried them in the garden. It is really necessary after excursions. Our host also allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for the duration of our excursions. Really very nice. Thanks a lot.
