The furniture is very old school. Unstable: Lots of foam and always on air conditioning, towels don't need to be washed every day. A poolside shower would be great.

Have a nice stay
Buffet breakfast, large apartment, modern elevator, Very friendly staff with whom I had fun and practiced my Spanish many times, Beautiful bathroom with marble floors and walls, Small supermarkets 50 meters away.
I was on the 1st floor. The bedroom opens onto a terrace for breakfast. People often stayed there until late at night, and breakfasts began early in the morning. A large window in the living room overlooked the external cooling system and the parking lot. 1st floor... Everything was not so bad, but since the house has about 20 floors, I was not lucky 😀

Experience reward
All the staff were very friendly, very attentive to all our needs, the kitchen and the cleaners are very attentive and helpful. The front desk is always willing to help, they helped us get very good city tours and were always very accommodating in answering any questions we had. Great vacation!
The only suggestion I have is fair and necessary that they install a range hood in the suite bathrooms and a temperature controller in the air conditioner.

Very complete room, it's like an apartment, very comfortable, very nice view, with breakfast and great location.
The pillows are a little soft, the dynamics of the transition from tower 1 to tower 2 are somewhat uncomfortable, but that won't stop me from booking again.

Tower 3, the newest, has very comfortable facilities. Nice furnishings, washer, dryer, microwave, hob/oven, everything works fine although crockery and cutlery was very incomplete. Good breakfast buffet, nice terrace. I would go back without thinking twice.
We got a bedroom overlooking a Hilton hotel room, a bit of privacy. The shower was leaking water to the outside, as if the slope of the shower floor doesn't "point" to the drain, but to the center of the tub, then the water tends to run out. I would like the pool to smell of "chlorine", to feel confident that there is no danger of contracting covid and so on. For the same reason, we do not use it. Very good hotel, comfortable and well located. Remember, yes, ask for a superior suite, tower 3. 100% recommended.

I like!
The friendliness of the staff, the room is very clean and has everything and the gym is full. There is no noise from the cars and we liked that they have solar panels for hot water, as well as feeders and drinkers for birds and squirrels. Being eco-friendly is very important to us.
The breakfast buffet was a bad note because it was a normal breakfast, nothing extraordinary that is not eaten in a Panamanian house every day and there was nothing new for breakfast at the hotel. In addition, there were many guests and there were not enough staff to serve or prepare breakfast. We had to wait 10 minutes for clean cutlery and another 10 minutes for empanadas and chicha. Breakfast should be more varied and have more staff to serve it. No options for people with gluten or lactose intolerance. Next time I'll have to bring my special food.

There was no organization at breakfast time as the hotel was at full capacity with many guests taking portions abruptly and leaving others without options, well, more than all the details were the values of these guests. Similarly, the staff were attentive and resolved the situation and the needs of the other guests.

Everything, I used to be in the local and to be honest, I came back when I was in Panama City. And I would stay with you not only for one night, but for more than two or 3 nights, thanks to the front desk staff, the bellboy and other kitchen staff, cleaning and others who make customer service possible.
I have nothing to add here.

I really liked the facilities in which I was able to find what I was looking for, the apartment hotel with a kitchen to prepare some of my homemade meals...very comfortable, we felt at home, I would highly recommend this hotel for a family trip!

Super view (20th floor tower 3), quiet, very clean, breakfast.
It is impossible to open the windows and enjoy the air, only the air conditioner that cannot be turned off. Dinner on schedule, and the dinner itself is too expensive, but good. Difficult to get clear information about meal times, pool etc. (Covid weather and city quarantine)

February 2020, great breakfast with lots of choices and hot items that change every day, good coffee and an espresso machine that you only need to put capsules in. Freshly prepared scrambled eggs, omelettes and scrambled eggs with 7 different ingredients are served daily. Very friendly staff and very clean, the cleaner comes every day to clean the apartment and bring new towels. The faulty refrigerator was replaced immediately, it took only 15 minutes. There is a dryer and washing machine, you need to buy detergent yourself, but a large REY supermarket is only 8 minutes walk. remote. The apartment is super central and only 6 min. from Eglesia del Carmen metro station.
Annoying ding dong when the elevator reaches the floor and there are 3 elevators. The pool is not very big and is next to the breakfast room. Unfortunately, the light in the apartment is LED cold white everywhere and does not give a pleasant light, so there is not enough home lighting. And, unfortunately, no balcony.

i love this place i love the living room it can watch tv or work while the kids sleep the kitchen and laundry will make your stay easier i love breakfast
