Comfortable and central house
It is a spacious, airy, comfortable house, very close to the center and two blocks from the Cathedral.
It seemed that it lacked maintenance and they had no knowledge of shuttles and how to help us continue our trip.

Very nice historical building in the center of León, bad value for money
Very nice historical building in the core center of León. We received a free room upgrade (thanks!) to have a window. On the upper floor there are some rooms with windows, but not all. Hotel parking spaces are in the building opposite (free of charge).
However, in our opinion, the price-performance ratio is not good. The hotel seems a bit run down, a bit worn. So not worth the price.

Excellent location.
The room is exceptionally decorated. You feel like a king. They have parking on site. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff is very friendly.
It can be very noisy. They could invest in soundproofing both from other rooms and from the street.

A place that should be known for all the history and beauty of the house.
I like the history of this place.
Although the location says it's 24 hours, checkout cannot be made between 22:00 and 6:00. The staff solved the problem, but this already adds stress to the trip, especially if due to problems with the flight and other things you have to leave the hotel earlier.

One of the best hotels in Leon for comfort, service and quality.
A magnificent colonial hotel in the center of León, the courtyard is a small oasis of calm and a second courtyard with a small modern pool where you can drink a cocktail and relax. The staff were very caring, very attentive and friendly. Great vacation.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, we were very warmly received at the reception.

An all-round successful stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were great.
The only thing we were ashamed of was that there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel in the evening.

La Perla lives up to its name
Nicely beautiful building. Very comfortable beds. Well regulated silent air conditioning system. Friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance from the center. Small pool for cooling.
Breakfast rules are a bit onerous; A typical Nicaraguan breakfast is free, but other (limited) menus come at a premium and are relatively expensive.
