In my opinion there is no good value for money in general in Nicaragua and especially on the island. The place is ok to sleep a night or two. The sheets and towels were stained and the cleanliness in general could be improved ( but I repeat it is a standard in Nicaragua ). The very uncomfortable mattress. I don't understand how the structures reach such high scores on booking.com, there are definitely different standards for different countries.

Little storage space in the room. For more than 1-2 nights it would be too dark for us. Possibly a little off the beaten path.

We are pet owners ourselves, so we were disturbed by the tied dogs at the kennel in the sun with no possibility of any movement. The only advantage over other animals in Nicaragua in general, at least they got food.

Keep in mind that you need taxis in many places, it's not a big deal because taxis are very cheap, but something to consider.

There was no TV, there were occasional problems, they were overcome.

Lots of sad stuff. Firstly, on the first morning we were awakened by the hostess, who came to chat with the roommates IN FRONT OF OUR WINDOW, when it was only 6 am. That same morning there was no electricity for several hours. The next morning we were woken up by the neighbor's TV at 4 am (lack of insulation). On the 3rd and 4th day we could not use the balcony because of the work being carried out on it, work (with a circular saw) that starts before 8 am and interferes with sleep. So if you want to rest, it's not possible because it lasts most of the day. The items listed are missing. The hostess does not know how to use the reservation and probably ticked all the boxes, but be careful, there is not even half of what is indicated. You will have an apartment with two double beds, linens and towels. TV not working, mosquito nets on windows, kitchen with gas stove and some utensils like pots and pans. Bathroom with cold water and shelves. We had soap that was used by previous tenants, we would have preferred not to have it. Our TV never worked, wifi is very poor, you can catch it in the bathroom or on the stairs outside. The balcony is good when you can enjoy it. Opposite there is a "beach" of rocks with sargasso. No Parking. Worst of all, on booking and on my confirmation it was stated that the host is responsible for the charge (so no procedure for the customer). So we left the accommodation without saying goodbye to the hostess who was not present because we had activities. The last one found us to ask us to pay in cash.

We had no electricity at all, even just 1 candle There was no more water in the evening Right on the ring road of the island There is no beach, only stones.

The toaster disappeared despite repeated requests. Contacting the owner was very difficult. Stayed in the back room for 1 night.

It has no air conditioning.

The location was not ideal, but a taxi costs $0.50 per person to the entire island, so everything is easy to get to.

Nothing, everything is perfect, we would like to stay longer.

There are few restaurants and shops around, but taxis on Cordoba 20 will take you anywhere on the island.

Located in a place where there is no service. Many restaurants are within walking distance. There are no grocery stores to buy water, beer, juice, or snacks. Dirty floor

High price, location away from beaches and commerce, too hot despite the fans. The hostess kept the floors and bathroom clean, but the beds were very dusty, ticks bit all my arms, legs and back, and for several days I had a lot of discomfort and rashes. The toilet lid broke just by looking at it and I had to come to terms with the high cost of repairing it.
