Ideal stay for a short stay in Volendam

very calm considering the location and the price.
the location was very central. and the room and linen were very tidy. Naomi and Jen are very friendly and helpful.
the parking was disappointing because it cost extra.

Friendliness and room was clean.
The wifi was very poor. Parking from 18:00 to 9:00 is free, and since then only an hour and a half with a parking disc. Or stop in the garage, which isn't all that cheap either.

Would definitely recommend the stay.
Excellent location. Very friendly hostess and host. The room and shared bathroom were very clean.
One mattress on the bunk bed was a little smaller, unfortunately you couldn't sleep very well. Otherwise a great room.

Not serviced
Couldn't go. On the way, I felt sick from the heat. My wife called the owner and they said there was nothing they could do for us. Sorry, but this is not very customer friendly.

Shared bathroom, no separate toilet. You cannot go to the toilet while someone is taking a shower.

Impeccable and very well located!
Location, cleanliness, bed was comfortable, spotlessly clean, hosts were welcoming, they had a fridge, coffee maker and delicious coffee bags! I will be back without a doubt!

Central location in a minute and you're on a dam with good shops
It is a pity that many young people shout at the door until late at night.

Amazing!
The stay was very rewarding for me and my children. The owners were very helpful and absolutely not intrusive. We had our own room and time for ourselves. So you will live alone. If you have any questions, you can always contact you. The location was excellent, we will definitely review it again.

We got everything we expected from him, very well done.
There was no breakfast, but there were many opportunities nearby. It was a bit tricky to park for free. The rest is fine.
Everything was perfect for what they could do. They are friendly and ready to help in whatever they can do for us.

Everything was very clean and the central location very close to everything
The room is small for two and it is annoying that the location has only one toilet for several people, especially in the morning.

GREAT
Volendam is a beautiful city worth staying in just 30 minutes by bus from Amsterdam (buses run every 10 minutes) and even overnight. You can also travel to Zaanse Chans by bus. They were very kind to us, the room was very clean. Service 10.
The only apartment where other guests weren't concerned about anything ... which is usual wherever you go in Amsterdam.

Accommodation is good value for money.
The shared bathroom shared by the 4 bedrooms is very very clean. Room cleaning per night (if you are staying a few days).
The bathroom in the hallway is walk-through and therefore a bit noisy.

The best accommodation in a great location!
The hostess and gentleman were very hospitable. Our belongings were neatly removed without our knowledge. The breakfast was delicious. It was very easy for people.

Typical Dutch house in a charming village
The hotel is located in the center of Volendam, close to bus stops, supermarkets and cafes. The town is beautiful and our stay there, and not in Amsterdam, was undoubtedly a success. The owner was waiting for us on arrival and was very attentive. The room is more spacious than the pictures and the bed is very comfortable. They care a lot about cleaning as the shared bathroom has always been impeccable and they also ask you to take off your bottom shoes to avoid stepping on and staining the carpets in the rooms. Also in the rooms there is a water heater and coffee bags, a great detail. A highly recommended stay. Wonderful!
Although it was Nordic it was still summer and we were a little cold so a blanket would have been nice, but it's also true that we didn't ask for it. I'm sure they would have provided it to us without any problems.
