Nice place to stay
The cottage is located in a wonderfully quiet area. At night we only heard an owl. The view from the cottage is spacious and unobstructed (greenery, chickens and cows in the adjoining meadow, geese are flying), there is a sun terrace with garden furniture. Nearby is an organic producer where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the field. A visit to the Reed Spit Museum in Nordwold is highly recommended: an amazing story!
The entrance to the bedroom floor is low and the height of the bedroom (sloping roof) is limited. This is a little uncomfortable for someone sleeping in the back seat. If you're not too tall, that's an advantage. The bed (spring box) sleeps perfectly!

Nice house in nature with all the decoration ... very helpful owners. the cottage is beautifully located in a beautiful garden between chickens, neighbors' horses and cows in the meadow at the end of the garden .. From here you can enjoy great bike rides and also close to the delightful houses in and around Giethoorn, Drenche and the Frisian Forest, Dwingerderveld National Park. ... Great location !!!

It was a lovely home, fully equipped and the ladies (the people we rented it from) were very nice and helpful. The area was beautiful and wonderfully quiet!
