Everything is there that you need and more... The landlord had many small drinks, sweets, coffee, toothbrushes there. If you forgot something, he'll get it for you.

The apartment is very clean and everything you need in everyday life is there.

It was an all around great short break. The apartment was wonderful, well equipped and beautifully situated near the nature reserve. It was quiet at night, so you could start the day rested the next morning. The landlord was incredibly nice and tried hard. I will gladly come again.

Everything was great. We were greeted with a large array of free drinks, snacks, etc. The children were allowed downstairs in the Pick up a free ice cream locally. Very friendly host. Gladly again

The incredible kindness of our host. The immediate surroundings of the bike path and path to the beach. The cleanliness of the premises. Please note that this is a small apartment above a (quiet) restaurant, on the outskirts of a resort of sorts. This is not a beach house (the beach is a 15 minute walk on a great path).

We were there over Christmas for 3 nights. great how you were received, everything is ready. coffee, tea, soda, cookies, beer, a bottle of wine! absolutely great. even offered a cup of delicious soup, you can walk to the dunes, beautiful surroundings.

It was very beautiful, it could not have been better. The apartment had everything you need. So it was very family friendly, we will definitely go there again in the summer. And we met Mr. Humphrey, he's a very nice man. I can only say great.

Comfortable stay, fully furnished, amazing pampering package, playground in front of the door, blackout curtains, welcoming host. The combi steamer is not shown in the photographs, but there is also one for baking buns. Nice to be able to use the beach hut in Egmond aan Zee. Wonderful walking environment, we found another gem and would love to return.

We enjoyed the fully equipped apartment for 6 days. The apartments are quietly located on the edge of the North Holland Dune Reserve. The host does everything to make guests feel at home.

For us it was kind of a 5 star stay, especially nice and warm, with blankets and hospitality in terms of snacks and drinks. I really want to stay longer in the future as I believe that for a few weeks you will just really relax.

Hampri is a very pleasant and attentive host. Everything is ready in the apartment: bed linen, towels, shower gel and a lot of goodies (chips, peanuts, sweets, beer, ground coffee, tea). The location is really good and quiet, 2 km through the dunes to the beach, 2 km to the supermarket in Egmond Binnen. All the best.

Friendly, warm and helpful host as well as the staff who were there. The owner was ready to help and answer all (even small) questions. He really spoiled the kids! The location is good, less than two kilometers from the coast and not far from the highway. A playground is on the ground floor and you can look after children from home. The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished. Coffee, tea, everything is available and costs nothing. If something is missing, you can go down to the pub and get it. We advised that we would arrive close to midnight and that we would notify when we were within fifteen minutes of the place. The owner was there at 11:15 pm waiting for us and extremely attentive and super kind. The owner showed us the place, which is on top of a restaurant, with an access ladder. There was beer, one for each of us and a bottle of good wine, he left snacks, potato chips, peanuts, boxed juice, chocolates, coffee, tea, cookies, biscuits and always insisting that it was all courtesy of him. The place was very clean, with comfortable beds, good pillows and clean towels. Spacious and super quiet. We parked in a free parking lot very close to the apartment. I highly recommend it and would go back there again.
