Relaxed remarkably!
Cozy bedroom with a wonderful bed!
The seating area appears a bit warmer if, for example, there is a rug on the floor and cushions on the couch.

A very good address that we will definitely recommend
Nice house, with nice hosts and in a great place for walking dogs, good restaurants nearby, everything you need for a holiday. Unfortunately as we were looking for a boat we could only stay one day but we would stay here again with great pleasure.

Excellent B&B with a very large and beautiful garden. Very friendly owner and hostess. The breakfast was also well served. Definitely recommend.

Very nice
The breakfast was delicious and super plentiful! Fresh eggs and something new every morning. The gardens are beautifully manicured and there is something to discover everywhere. We were sorry that the dog was not allowed to run around the garden, we assumed that the owner had a dog too. On the other hand, it's understandable because it's such a beautiful garden. The cottage itself is well maintained, there is a beautiful bathroom and a very nice kitchen. Of interest is the decor, which seems outdated and cluttered. Mixing different styles together makes for a messy look. The beds were ok and everything was perfectly clean. Definitely recommend, worth the money!
The decor was outdated and damaged. It seemed that the old, discarded furniture was put in a place that the owners themselves no longer needed. It's a shame because it detracts from the whole. The room had a TV the size of a computer screen which was a big disadvantage. Although you do not come there on TV. It's sometimes nice to watch in bad weather, but on such a small screen you can't really see anything. The cabinets are also filled with all sorts of (outdated) folders and old board games. I understand the intent, but this is really missing the point.

Beautiful place and you feel like at home!
It's a wonderful place... The Christmas tree was already up and there was an immediate feeling of being at home. Very welcoming and super clean and hygienic!!! Low bow to this 👏👏👏

Excellent to stay at the flower farm, recommended!
Fantastic location, the "cottage" is really located in a beautiful garden. Breakfast is ok, unfortunately a little late (quarter past eight, early at eight, but it was too early....).
The stairs to the sleeping quarters were very steep, it was not easy!

Good location and good stay
The sofa and armchairs seemed less comfortable to me, and you were uncomfortable together. The TV is very small.
The bathroom is very nice and the breakfast nook has a great view of the garden. The breakfast was very good and the owner is very welcoming. The attic bedroom is cozy.

Great stay, highly recommended.
Residence. Nicely furnished living room, bedroom. Nicely located within the estate / flower garden. As a guest, you can sit in various beautiful and pleasant places in the garden. Very friendly and welcoming hostess and host. Near beautiful Elburg !!! Excellent value for money.
The shared kitchen seemed less practical to me.

Excellent breakfast in a beautiful location. Featured! You can enjoy a pleasant walk. Enjoy the lovely garden. It was great to stay in the house. Despite the proximity to the road, there were no obstacles.

Location, breakfast, friendliness of the manager. Located in the center of a beautiful nature reserve between cozy places.
The apartment we were in is NOT suitable for senior citizens, stairs, gable roof bed, pitched roof space too little and seating furniture too low and no solid railings.

The impression is richer!
Located in a beautiful flower garden with sheep and chickens. Breakfast was very well taken care of with all the decorations.
The only thing that was a little awkward was the rather steep stairs to the floor for sleeping, which is difficult if the dog is used to sleeping next to the bed.

A very pleasant stay!
We could safely store our bicycles, a beautiful lamb garden, the room was wonderfully spacious with reading materials. The communication was very pleasant! Thanks for the good care!

Nice B&B that was more than adequately equipped.
Breakfast was very well taken care of. Various and sufficient.
there is a neat folder with information about the B&B, crown rules, etc. We later found out that there was a thicker duvet and duvet upstairs. It is possible to update the folder and add information about blankets, etc.

The TV is too small for the seat and the sofa / chairs to sit in the evening are a bit uncomfortable

A beautiful place close to nature and Elburg.
Nice B&B with a nice garden. Many flowers, some sheep and chickens. Nice to walk. Spacious room, nice bathroom and even a separate bedroom. Possibility to use the kitchen. In good weather, he sat in the garden. There are many good restaurants near Elburg. Very welcoming.

The location next to the main road gives some noise from passing cars, etc. But not too disturbing!

Well maintained and spotlessly clean
It is definitely a fact that everything was flawless. Breakfast was delicious, especially yoghurt (from the farm) with fresh strawberries, fresh orange juice and brown raisin bread with food. In the living room there was a decorated Christmas tree with burning lights (December 6th), as well as a lit Christmas decoration on the mantel, which we found very cozy. The bed was nice, nice to have extra pillows. Nice bathroom.
The stairs were very steep, we closed the staircase with suitcases. That's why we had to bring it up, a little scary. Maybe there is an idea to put anti-slip crescents on the steps, they are very slippery. Possibly the 2nd handrail and the continuation of the e. existing railings can help.

An idyllic place with lovely hosts
The kindness of the owners, the breakfast they prepared for us, the tranquility of the area, the apartment itself, which had everything, a renovated bathroom and open areas. We are very happy.
The upper floor, where the beds are located, can be accessed by stairs, which are not suitable for all people. You could only pay in cash, if you paid by card, they charged a surcharge of 4%.

breakfast couldn't be better! The location of this place through a green and well-kept garden ranks among our top ten. The garden view is fantastic!
Since this is a home layout, it would be nice to install a slightly larger refrigerator. By the way, the owners' refrigerator also came in handy.
