Fantastic place, I recommend it with a pure heart.
Perfect location - 5 minutes walk to the waterfalls, wonderful atmosphere, very clean and warm (January). Beautiful garden. At night we used the air conditioning but the owner also took care of the blankets. Parking was important to us - the car was very safe, the parking lot was closed at night, on the property. Service very nice.

the charming atmosphere in the common areas (inside the main house and garden), the refined vegetarian cuisine (after days of forced meat in Moroccan restaurants!), the location 5 minutes walk from the waterfall, the silence
perhaps a little renovation should be done in the suite, cozy and nice but a bit "worn out". the bathroom is really basic and without windows or fans, the electrical system needs to be redone

Proximity to a waterfall, a garden oasis for walking, zen music, a relaxed atmosphere conducive to meditation, mosquito nets on the windows, shops and restaurants very close, the color of the rooms.
When we arrived the bathroom was not clean and I had to buy a bottle of bleach to sanitize it. The wash basin was very small and did not have a mirror on it. We booked 2 double rooms with private bathroom and one of them was not ready for arrival because it was given to another client.

Charming but simple place
The garden is an oasis for walking Rich breakfast with fresh jam 😋 Location next to the Zen Cascades music
The bathroom was not cleaned and I had to buy a bottle of bleach to finish cleaning myself because the lady was not good at her job. Also, we booked 2 rooms with private bathrooms and they passed one of ours to another client so we had to wait 2 hours to get in. A lot of noise from the locks on the doors, which interferes with the necessary rest and little soundproofing of the rooms, you can hear everything that the neighbor says

The best of all Morocco
We really liked the hostel, very nice, very well decorated and with a nice garden. It is also close to waterfalls and shops so the location is perfect. Without a doubt, what we liked the most was the attitude of the owner and his kindness, we felt like a family and he helped us in everything he could. Fantastic experience.

Dar ouzoud is a very good place to relax and get away from the noise of the city, Jamal is a very nice person, he makes everything easy for you, the breakfast was incredible, the accommodation is very close to the ouzoud waterfalls. about 10 minutes standing.
What I didn't like was the lack of air conditioning in the room... It was very hot. There are some air conditioned rooms but not in my room.!!

wonderful for the price we paid
Very beautiful and cozy place. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The place is well soundproofed. With mosquito netting and windows so the light doesn't wake you up when the sun comes up.
The bathroom smelled a little mildew.

The price / quality ratio is excellent.
The breakfast was great and varied and the service was friendly. We were able to enjoy breakfast in a lovely garden. The walk to the waterfall was also a plus. The car is also safely at the gate.

Oasis in Morocco
beautiful traditional style house with artistic details in carpets, lamps and furniture. Each room has its own decor and windows to the gardens and olive trees. The garden is undoubtedly an oasis, and its owner is a woman who loves her job! Special mention for the impressive vegan food!! super tasty and filling. It is also on a very quiet street and close to waterfalls.

Go there, you won't be disappointed.
The kindness of the English boss who prepares vegetarian and delicious meals, as well as her staff. It is very cool in the shaded garden, you relax after the hustle and bustle of the Cascades.
Sanitary facilities are excellent but not sufficient if the riad is full. This is really the only downside.

We loved their kindness, hospitality and honesty. The breakfast was lovely and tasty. Tastefully decorated in typical Moroccan style. Very nice staff and they spoke Arabic, Spanish and French. Thank you so much for everything, we will be back next year, inhallah.

Well maintained and very nice riad overall. The host of English descent greeted us very warmly. A vegan and vegetarian restaurant completes the riad's offer.

Very good
We are a family of 6 and we had all our private rooftop space. It was comfortable and clean. The hostess absolutely pampered us with her vegan culinary knowledge, we loved it. Breakfast is good. The location is 5 minutes walk from the waterfalls. The only small point worth raising is the neighbors' donkey, which never ceases to roar day and night !!!

An atmospheric place with a beautiful garden, located 10 minutes walk from the Ouzoud waterfall. Excited hosts, despite the late hour, fed us a delicious dinner. Thanks and recommend :)

The staff are very friendly and helpful: Majub and Rashid are the best! Great riad, in a great location (next to the waterfall). They also have their own restaurant where you can eat delicious food at a reasonable price. Highly Recommended!

Beds and air conditioning / fan. The mattresses were very poor, with a moderately working air conditioner in one room and a poorly working fan in the other. Buy 6 nice mattresses and 2 ceiling fans and the place is perfect.

The people (rashid and majub) are very welcoming and polite, very clean and very quiet. I highly recommend this. The location is really close to the waterfalls. Meme for the restaurants next door. Do not hesitate to stay at Dar Ouzoud, you will not regret it.

possible privatization of the entire top floor of RIAD, including 2 bedrooms + kitchenette + large terrace with a sunny corner and a shaded corner on request, as well as many sofas. Parking in the garden Riad, with a gate. proximity to waterfalls, allowing you to walk while leaving your car safe in the riad. Pleasant shady garden with several "cozy" corners, small lounges, hammock ... good value for money (50 euros reserved on D-day, for the whole floor 2 bedrooms + terrace)
bathroom: no curtain or shower door, so as not to pour water abundantly in the sink, toilet and linen + toiletries. the height of the ceiling in the bathroom (at a size of 1.80 m, my head touches the ceiling from the side of the toilet and sink, except for the shower tray, which is a little deeper)

The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. The dinner and breakfast she made was surprisingly good. Your own garden is a small paradise. The waterfalls can be easily reached on foot.
The bathrooms are not very comfortable but adequate. The pillows smell unwashed.

Welcome, we arrived relatively late, the owner made us prepare tagine, the best we had during our stay! The yard is very pleasant, shaded, with nooks and crannies, despite its small size! Soft music! Everything for relaxation. Well located near the village and close to waterfalls! A small corner of paradise!

The real Morocco, simple and restrained ...
A classic rural Moroccan like a Moroccan I always try to experience the real Morocco, a very simple and discreet little riad, great service and hospitality. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Ouzoud waterfalls. Classic breakfast with cereal bread and toppings, mint tea, orange juice and yogurt ... I highly recommend this. Happy holiday.
