Ideal to be quiet in Marrakesh
Ideal location, quiet, overlooking the Majorelle garden. Small restaurants nearby. Well equipped apartment, garage and secure driveways.

the location was great, the apartment is very well designed, clean and spacious
nothing to complain about, maybe at the front desk when we arrived the keys were handed over to people who did not book, we had to wait 1 hour to get the keys and the manager didn’t even come, this is another owner of the house who had to call and find an apartment for people who have occupied the apartment by mistake.

The best location, right next to the majorelle gardens, in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to the historic center. The well-equipped kitchen has almost everything The parking space is next to the elevator.
To improve the lighting in the bathroom, one for meager. The TV has few channels, but this is not a problem for us. The parking space is a bit difficult to access, but if you talk to the guard you can find it

Absolutely great!
Lovely apartment! We stayed here with our two young children and it was exactly what we needed. We especially liked the spacious balcony where we could sit and have breakfast / dinner. The owner, Sarah, is very helpful and always available (via Whatsapp).

Magnificent apartment for Majorelle. very pleasant stay
The residence, located directly opposite the Majorelle garden, is very convenient for visiting this magnificent and fabulous place early in the morning, at the opening, in the cool and before the arrival of all groups, a very pleasant pool common for the residence, nearby various restaurants we walked to the "square" in about 40 minutes crossed the kasbah and bazaars for a very interesting walk! large apartment in a quiet area. very easy communication with Sara who was very helpful (keys, schedules ...)

Central location but not too chaotic, residence supervised by 3 or 4 doormen day and night, very close to jardins majorelle, very helpful owner (wifi didn't work, but after half an hour the guy sent me to fix the problem), beautiful and clean decor, great for families with children or groups.

Neighborhood
When we arrived, no one knew about our arrival. While the owner emailed us that we can pick up the key from the watchman. Upon arrival, the apartment was not cleaned. Dirty kitchen, floor not made. It was full of hair and dust. The glass table was dirty. Emailed it all to the owner the night we arrived. She did not respond to complaints. I photographed what it looked like. After that, we could no longer continue normally when we were taking a shower, the water did not drain, which made the bathroom overflowing. The smell started in the apartment. I wrote to her again. She reacted sharply and was about to send a technician. This has never happened. Someone came to see this place. But he also said that I had to call / email Sarah and that there was nothing he could do about it. The highlight was that she told me that I was a picky buyer. That she had never seen anyone like me complain about everything. I made it clear to her that I was not just complaining. Not organized on arrival, dirty apartment and bathroom that is overflowing and cannot continue normally, I do not consider it normal. I have proof of all this because I kept getting emails all the time. Mistress Sarah is unresponsive and does not do what she advertises. She pointed out that there may be "unexpected things" in every apartment / hotel. Dirty apartment, no one knows what we are walking, the bathroom is leaking, the water does not drain when taking a shower and does not flow normally, I would not call it unforeseen things. It was a pure scam. I indicated that I want my money back. She, in turn, indicated that if you agree with my complaints, I can return the money!

Nice place if you want to stay outside the Medina. Everything is; good beds, fridge, stove, washing machine, 2 bathrooms and good wifi. A taxi to Medina cost from 25 to 70 (evening) dirhams. The area is nice, there is a pool (our daughters loved it!). The welcome (the place was a bit exploratory) was great, we were well helped and welcomed. Very good email contact, thank you!
Some things were somewhat dated and therefore not quite optimal, like 1 shower. From a hygiene point of view, it could have been better (glasses, bathroom, oven were not very dirty, but not perfect either).

Exceptional address!
Everything was perfect! Thanks to the owner, we were well received! The apartment is very large! Very spacious and very clean! The geographic location is ideal! Located in front of the Majorelle garden, a very nice little addition to skip the line in front of the museum. Everything is nearby (shop, taxi ...) The building is very well protected and has a very large swimming pool! In short, it's better not to find!

Enjoyable stay in a nice apartment in a great location
A large apartment with everything in the house, even a sewing kit and salt and pepper, located in a beautiful location near the Majorelle Gardens and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. Good value for money.
It was difficult to find an apartment complex and it was unclear which apartment it belonged to; The address of a complex consisting of several buildings. Fortunately, with some help, we quickly found the key operator. The apartment itself is nice, only the extractor hoods in the bathrooms are very noisy. There is no such thing as a quiet bath.

In fact, the apart-hotel is an apartment, it has security only at the entrance and exit of guests, there is no bar or restaurant, there is a nice pool, but there are several hours of the day when the sun is shining there. Overall, it's nice that the host was helpful and helpful as we were late at check-in.
Some of the blankets didn't smell that good.

Excellent apartment. Comfortable spaces, large bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, large living room. Balcony both to the pool and back to the deck. Exceptionally well-kept apartment with all amenities. Towels, toilet paper, kitchen paper and all the essentials in abundance. Located in the Yves Saint Laurent museum and close to the center. Even on foot you reach the walls and enter the old town. They also run in urban areas (the stops nearby). The taxi costs (with bargains) to the famous central square 2 euros a day and 3, when it gets dark.

The hotel is located next to the Marjorelle Gardens and the YSL Museum. 5 minutes from Medina, but without the discomfort of clutter and pollution.

The apartment was very clean. Wi-Fi worked throughout the apartment. The employer is very friendly and helpful.
The parking space in the underground car park was really tight. But there is nothing to be done, because when buying an apartment, a certain parking space was already allocated. But I would not consider this as a problem.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still close to attractions, a comfortable, clean, safe apartment.
In a great location, thoughtfully furnished, comfortable apartment, with basement garage, large terraces, 24/7 concierge service, Wi-Fi. Perfect!

Unfortunately, despite all the host's efforts, the internet is a big problem. It can only be used early in the morning. In the evening it is absolutely impossible.
