Mold and smell in the bathroom. Thin, old, dirty mattress. Then I moved into a soiled folding sofa, I was itching everywhere. Sockets protrude from the wall. Construction sites in the corridor of the hotel. Waiters do not greet and do not take orders. We ate at the restaurant several times and were ignored. Nobody reacts to greetings and farewells either, unfriendly!

It is not easy to consider such a structure, I will start by saying that if this structure can be defined as a HOTEL, from tomorrow I will crown myself KING OF ITALY. Is it possible to call a building without a reception desk a hotel? the hotel even got 3 stars on Booking.com... less than one star is definitely the best homeless hostel in Milan and even better visited. We arrived as we were chatting around 10am, the time the structure informed us that we would find the room ready...aivoglia...we even had to wait beyond the standard checkin time. .13:15 approx to then be taken to the top floor junkyard, a junkyard that looks like a beautiful, modern and welcoming room in the misleading photos suggested by Booking.com...actually a shack...a shabby bed, pillowcases they didn't even cover the mattress, dangling electrical outlets, a broken front door, rusty leftover towels in the bathroom and no cleaning... in addition to the lack of an iron, tea and coffee maker and an alarm clock that is described on Booking.com as being present . Elevator from the outskirts of Nairobi, for local aborigines only... a special note on the breakfast (if you can define it that way) worthy of this environment... to be able to eat something, we had to leave at 8, because after 30 minutes we won't find anything...everything is rubbed by local grasshoppers who brought trays of food right to the table, as if they hadn't eaten for 3 days. Luckily we found a property for two nights and were able to leave paying regularly for our booked 4 nights.

Like I said, the bathroom could do with a refurbishment.

The hotel does not have a reception as such. In fact, it functions as part of a restaurant that occupies the entire first floor. In general, the rooms are clean, but our sofa was dirty and burned with cigarettes, the drain in the shower was clogged, two of the three light bulbs on the ceiling were not on. The breakfasts were very modest, but if you are there for two or three days, it will be tolerable. There are a couple more points that are in no way connected with the hotel, but they should be taken into account by everyone who plans to relax in Ulcinj. First: in the evening until one in the morning music plays loudly and you will not be saved by any closed windows. Second: in the whole city in the evening they can turn off the light for an hour. And third, during the season on the Small Beach, almost every square meter is occupied.

It was dirty. The stranger's hair lay in the shower for a week. The dead animals lay in the room, they were not taken away for a week either. Dirty linens. Breakfast was originally 8-10, from 9 there was nothing else. Too expensive. Better to have breakfast outdoors. Better and cheaper. Will never book it again. Worst hotel I have ever been.

The TV has no programs, upon arrival in the room we found a very dirty environment, the bathroom was also in a dirty state, the bed was falling apart, every other day there was no hot water for the shower, a plate with a spoon was used in the closet, the shower with a broken hose was replaced only after arrival, in various smells can be felt in the corridor of the building, the staff is rather unfriendly and weak in meeting basic requirements. Definitely not a place I would recommend for a multi-day vacation. The parking lot they claim to have is in a state of decay and far from the hotel.

The hotel staff were very rude. The room was only half cleaned. The balcony door was damaged and could not be closed to indicate that the staff were extremely rude! The breakfast was not kept in the refrigerator, so at about 30 degrees you had very warm cheese, watermelon, etc. Price-performance ratio is too high

The inventory is old, there are few towels, the cleanliness should get better.
