The hotel has an excellent location right on the promenade/beach of Ulcinj. They are big enough for two people. The beds are top notch, the bathroom could do with a refurbishment but was functional and ok. The hotel staff were very pleasant and the hotel restaurant is highly recommended. Good hotel with very good value for money.
Like I said, the bathroom could do with a refurbishment.

Parking in dilapidated building over 500m Rotten bath/shower door not working Cold water Cleaning not every day as expected. Music every evening from 22:00 to 01:00 (open disco opposite) Most of the waiters, who do not know the basics of hospitality, smile.
the location was of course ideal.
the rooms were very small, the shower was very old and some things were broken. We didn't have toilet paper for 2 days. breakfast was partly inedible and cold.
