And I see it this way...

The location, if you're on business, is almost perfect. Everything you need is there. I liked the view of the city and mountains. Spacious. Heating air conditioners. Wi-fi, although it is not in the description. Favorite cafes - 250 ~ 300 m Supermarkets nearby. Silence. No party people around. We also managed to establish contact with the owners. I think I want to go back...

It's more of a case. We searched for a house inside the quarter for a long time, because the plane from Belgrade was 4 hours late. In fact - the 5th floor (counting from zero) with steep stairs (we had 4 suitcases!). TV and internet needed repair. In general, nothing serious)
