What I didn't like: The room is smaller than it looks in the pictures. During the night it rained heavily and the hall was flooded. Being at a time when the manager had already left, we had to be left with a flooded room, as I could not find either the attendant, or a mop, or anything to remove the water from the room.

I did not like that they told us that they did not want to see a stain on their bedding or towels and that 1000 pesos would remain as a deposit, apart from the lodging, as a guarantee, and on the second day there were noises to the top of my lodging roof They were building other huts and they didn't let us sleep both during the day and at night, and the bathroom was clogged, its pipes are bad and nobody was there to help us, a disaster, I was disappointed in the place and its cost was not worth it.

There were no windows in the room.

Spacious bathrooms and privacy

You can hear all the noise from the other rooms and you can hear all the noise from the street too, they wake you up with band music and scandal since 6am we couldn't rest

The band could be heard all day from early morning until 11pm or later. Since the seats are shared, there was a group of young people smoking marijuana on the terrace in front of the room during the day. I brought my little son and I didn't like it. At night, another group of young people were talking on another terrace in front of my room. Their laughter and conversations kept me awake. There must be a schedule for the use of common areas to respect the rest of all guests. I stayed in the ocean room. The bathroom is outside the room. I had to go out to clean the bathroom and take a bath wrapped in a towel and get to my room, in both cases there were people on the terraces and they could see me walking by. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. They don't offer shampoo and body soap, we do toilet paper and hand soap. The towels are very small and rough. They told us that we could keep our food in the fridge and that no one would touch anything, but they took my baby's milk and two juices for breakfast.

Prior to our arrival, I tried to contact Casa Love in every possible way (WhatsApp, phone and messages through the app), but they never answered.

The rooms are not isolated, because my room was under a palap, the walls of which did not fully touch the next room. The first night my neighbors were very noisy and it was very disturbing

It was like a hostel. not a hotel. The fact that the bathroom is outside the room is not the most comfortable or convenient. And there was a group of foreigners who did not stop disturbing and making noise from 6 am on Sunday.

The ceiling was a wooden platform and we heard all the footsteps of our neighbor, the tenant above our room. There was no TV, no air conditioning. I know that TV is not totally necessary because it is a place to rest and disconnect, but it is always a plus.

I have nothing to complain about

Behind the title of an ecological hotel, a scam is hidden for visitors, since they give a very high price for what they offer: * Upon arrival you have to take off your shoes, which for us is not a problem, the problem is that the floor is dirty and you end up with dirty feet just by walking from your room to the entrance. * The room was also dirty, full of sand/dust on the floor that stuck to the feet... *The sheets had holes in them like they were cigarette burns. * In the bathroom the shower did not work well, and it was full of scale, in their hotel specifications they say that they do not give shampoo in plastic bottles to avoid plastic waste, which I think is fantastic, but they should put solid shampoos and soaps to give the minimum service to their guests. * The first night, at 4:30 in the morning, the guests from the room above us (we were in the Ocean room) arrived listening to music and talking very loudly. - After a while we had to go out and kindly ask them to shut up and turn down the volume of the music. -The next day, we found out that the noisy guest is the owner of the hotel, what seemed even worse to us, the owner of the place does not respect his own guests. This place has great potential as it is well located and has a nice style but there are too many points to improve as the price and the promises are not equal. One night is not worth it.

Absolutely NOTHING, they promote a hotel profile that does not match reality, my husband and I feel cheated. We found ourselves in an unexpected situation because the hotel we reserved did not have an ocean view as indicated in the reservation, in addition to giving me a room with a used bath towel (dirty) and a wet shower, obviously no cleaning was done the room, also the room does not have a window, in case we wanted to see the sunset or the "sea view" we would have to leave the room to the common area. Room vs bathroom are shared environments and there is no privacy inside the room. I told the staff that our reservation was with an ocean view and that room, in addition to not being clean, did not have an ocean view. The lady changed us to another room which did not have a "bathroom", in the same way we told her that our reservation was with an ocean view and bathroom. In this situation they told us that they did not have a room with these characteristics, so we decided to cancel the room. reservation and handed over the key at the time we arrived at the hotel, which the staff accepted. Reality is not a hotel, it's like a Hostel/Airbnb. There is no sea view nor in the second room that was offered for us to move into. The second room has a PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW as there is a shovel in front of the hotel that covers the view of the possible ocean view. The same palapa is from the restaurant below the hotel with the noise of loud music, there was ZERO QUIET AND SILENCE, not to mention the smell of fried fish, pure frying. We took videos of both rooms without a view of the sea and with a used bath towel with a wet shower, the other without a bathroom in the same room where the only option was to go to a bathroom if required. I do not recommend it.

It would be great to put a mosquito net in the room

Excellent everything! The super central location a few steps from the beach and the center, the place is beautiful, every detail is spectacular, the rooms despite being small, very comfortable, you walk barefoot throughout the stay, you feel a balance between hotel and home, it has spaces Shared (kitchen, living room and terrace) the terrace with a spectacular view and the kitchen give you access to spices to prepare your food. 100% recommended

I miss some communication

There was never anyone for any questions or problems, the room got very ugly water in a storm and I couldn't contact anyone during the night

It's not worth what it costs, the place is nice and the terraces have a beautiful view but the beds are uncomfortable, they don't provide you with toilet paper and they don't clean the room unless you go and look for the cleaning lady. It also has no windows and it would be nice to have a bit of lighting on the terraces to be able to dine or have an aperitif at night.

Many things ! It rained, the room was flooded, water was coming from all sides only my bed was not soaked, but full of dust and straw that came from the ceiling. I find this completely crazy and a total disrespect for travelers! And that's not to mention the fact that my towel was torn, that the bathroom is really basic, not even a mirror.

In its current state (Jul 21) I could not recommend the hotel, it is very expensive compared to what it gives since: They do not clean the rooms unless you request it, during our stay they did not change sheets or towels. We didn't know there was a deposit (in case we stole our bedding) but frankly it made us feel quite uncomfortable, I've never heard of a hotel asking for it. The bathroom does not have a door in the room that we had, which decreases privacy and that has nothing to do with the concept of the place, well you could put a door and not interfere with anything, the door is important since the Water from the shower splashes out of the bathroom and several times we slipped, coupled with the fact that at the entrance to the bathroom there was an old and dirty mat that smelled bad, we did not even want to step on it for hygiene reasons. In the bathroom there was a hole towards the room above full of cobwebs and ugly. In the common areas there was a rottweiler dog that barked at us only at first but it smelled very bad, the dog was all the time on the stairs at the entrance and you had to jump over it to get in because it wouldn't go away, and its smell made the entrance the hotel smelled very bad. The toilet lid and sink faucet were loose. The hotel has a lot of potential, the management really needs to get to work if they want to improve their hotel.

They had to change our room because the first one was horrible and the bathroom was outside the room. I would have liked a safe in the room so they could come in to do the cleaning. The view from the balconies is spectacular. Everything was close, great location. Everyone super friendly

Don't expect quiet nights, you're in the middle of the festivities, music.

Nobody attended us upon arrival, we waited for a person (guest) to come out to enter, we looked for someone to contact, nobody gave us information, after 10 minutes someone arrived who only gave my daughter the key and left without saying anything else nothing, we reserved a room for four people and that is how we paid, there is only one large bed and one single bed, I called the phone number provided several times and they never answered, the bathroom OUTSIDE the room, the cold water tap did not work, we could not bathe I tried to contact booking to cancel and find other accommodation but it was impossible, later a person attended us saying that the next day they would change the room, which did not happen. Very bad experience, there is no one to help you, bad booking service.
