They didn't clean the room for 2 days

At night, no one at the reception solves problems. The key to the hotel entrance has a trick. The bed was very uncomfortable and not suitable for 2 people of normal height. The bed was not a queen and it was very uncomfortable. One of us fell asleep on the floor. The mattress is really very uncomfortable. All. Lousy service. They never cleaned the room. There was no change of towels. Not even toilet paper. Disgusting service. It has a restaurant with live music and the scandal day and night it seemed that the music was in the room, even the windows could not be closed due to being rusty. And they put a tip envelope when the room was crap. Shower head without sufficient pressure. No one ever asked us how our stay was. If they are not going to visit the lodging, they should close it and devote themselves to the restaurant and its terrible live music, which is annoying and haunting.

Well, everything is very good, the view is very good, but there are no "buts".

The truth is that the room was in poor condition; Very dirty, the floors were never washed, the mattresses were very dirty and stained, the bathroom was clogged, the sink also drained very slowly and the towels were not changed.

With a little time, money and ideas, something wonderful could be made out of this simple little hotel: for example, there is a large room with a fireplace, which is now empty and unused (it could be a very beautiful living room for guests ... guests). The wireless network provided for the guests never worked, then they allowed me to use the cafe network downstairs (it worked, but I already wasted time and money on the megabytes used with my cell phone as a hotspot). Some noise is heard at night and the staff must explain to guests that they are not allowed to smoke or light incense in the rooms (as the neighbor did) as the smoke detector is triggered (= more noise).

There was no hot water for the shower. I think they could paint the shower room.

The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable and didn't look that clean. But functional.

The toilets smell too drained! Everything is very clean, the food in the restaurant is delicious and well priced. But the toilet has little pressure and smells strongly of drain.

I recommend them fumigate more often as we had a small cockroach in the bathroom. Too many steps (3 floors), not recommended for disabled or very old adults.

There is no staff left at night to solve any problem.
