Cost benefit option.
Basic hotel, very central, without too many amenities, meets the rate (cost-benefit ratio). The staff is always attentive to your needs. the internal rooms isolate the noise from the street.

Great value for money, unbeatable location
Great location in the center of San Cristobal, very friendly staff, right away they provided us with the tours we wanted at a very good price. We will definitely go there again, we only use it for sleeping, comfortable and clean.

Very poor cleaning but good location.
The location is good, in general there is no noise, which is conducive to relaxation, there are few rooms, which means there is no noise from other guests.
When we arrived, the bathroom was dirty, there was mold everywhere, the room was very humid, we complained about the reception and they told us that due to a lack of staff, they did not clean the room properly, the cleanliness was poor. preferably, another aspect to be careful with this hotel is that when I booked it it had a good price, after 5 days they contacted me and said they didn’t have it every day and that I would change the days that I could stop (that I did it because my trip was already close) and the same thing. This happened to another hotel, they tell you to change in order to be able to sell the room at a better price, which is a shame that they are not serious, I would not recommend It.

The hotel is very nice, the staff are very friendly and willing to provide tourist information. The location is great.
Poor booking organization, the day we were supposed to arrive, they called us to inform us that there was a problem with our booking and that instead of two nights (as we had booked) they only had one available. In the end they solved it and there were no more problems with our stay.

THIS IS A VERY COZY PLACE, YOU DO NOT FEEL THAT YOU ARE IN A HOTEL.
THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELP.
THERE WERE SOME DETAILS ABOUT CLEANING THE QUILTED QUILTERS AND NOT ACCEPTING PAYMENT WITH BANK CARDS

My first trip to Chiapas
Everything is very beautiful, I will definitely come back. The proximity to the center of San Cristobal, the hotel's rustic style and rich cuisine are all excellent.

Good location and price
The location was perfect, good treatment of the staff.
The bathroom was a bit small, as was the TV, there was no toilet, but there was a chest of drawers, so everything was fine in that regard.
