BLUE BICYCLE HOUSE GREAT LOCATION IN QUERETARO, KINDNESS, LOCATION QUALITY PRICE!
The service and attention of the staff. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions of the center of Querétaro. A simple but tasty breakfast will make your stay enjoyable.
There was a lot of dirt in one of the bathrooms and some of the dirt was made by water from the shower.

Bad for a billing issue
Breakfast and attention is very good from their staff
I couldn't bill for my stay for 5 days and it takes a toll on my pocket so the stay becomes very expensive for me for this type of place.

practical hostel and not expensive at all!
good hostel, close to the center, observation deck 2 minutes walk, very nice and simple.
the quality of the bed leaves a little bewildering but it is quite correct.

A very good option
The location is very good, very close to the viewpoint so the view is very beautiful, the style of the house is very nice, very hostel-like and the fact that breakfast was included was a big plus.
The bed was not the most comfortable in the world if you could feel the spring which hurt just as the pillows were very comfortable too.

It was not what I expected
The room had a heavy, dirty, dusty air, I did not expect a hotel as such, but in particular the room next to the terrace had the disadvantage of this in addition to the noise and cold at night.

The chain was ten, the treatment was very friendly, polite...recommended in every aspect, apart from the fact that it is very central and very affordable price, draws...we loved it

Good value for money
Attention and the fact that it is very central, so you can find service options such as shops and restaurants very close.
While the hotel has a policy of being quiet when it gets dark, its location at street level makes noise from outside easily noticeable.

Location and friendliness of the staff!!
The bathrooms were shared and one of the rooms assigned to us was separated by 1 door, too much noise could be heard. There was 1 day in the shared bathrooms where the toilet was not done!!!

Poor hygiene, lots of noise
I just liked this place
Very bad hygiene, you can't tell if the towels are dirty or damaged, same with the sheets, they need to put ventilation in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable mattresses dig in the springs. Frightening NOISE impossible to sleep, should put a description that at night the noise from the street is very strong. I stayed at this hotel because I was about 5 years ago with friends but the quality was too downgraded and they didn't put a single peso into it. I don't patch them.

The place is beautiful, there is a lovely terrace to chat, the staff are very friendly, they have a fridge and a clean kitchen.
Breakfast was pretty basic as usual in a hostel.

Excellent location, very close to the center for walking. The attention is great and all the staff are very friendly. Rich breakfast. The beds are very large and comfortable. Terrace with stunning views of the city and an area of absolute tranquility.

Best hostel in Crots
Well located, affordable, clean, very nice, comfortable. Alejandro's great attention to all guests.
Overall excellent. Better to just place another sheet between the bed and the blanket.

The location is great, close to the main attractions of Queretaro. The front desk staff will provide you with maps to find you. The view of the balcony and terrace is very beautiful, the bed in the double room is large. 20 minutes by car from the bus station

The central cube and patio is the most beautiful in this area, all rooms open onto this patio.

The friendliness of the staff and especially the receptionist is unique, they are very helpful, friendly and helpful and the value for money is another important factor that I love about this place, not to mention the location, which is one of the best in Queretaro.

Simple but welcoming room ...
Reception guy very friendly, the place is really close to the arches and the observation deck, with great views, these are very basic rooms, but if you only need to stay overnight I recommend it.
The problem with the bathroom outside the room is a bit inconvenient, but for the price I find it reasonable ...

An excellent option near the city center.
I liked the kindness and constant service of the hostel staff, they cleaned and made up your bed every day, they brought you breakfast to your table, the bed was comfortable and there were no cold nights in the rooms where it was very windy.
It was likely that each room did not have a bathroom, but there were 2 bathrooms for the entire hostel, you had to walk and carry all your toiletries down the hallway, but that didn't really make the impression as such.

Ideal to fall asleep after walking in the center.
Great location close to the aqueduct viewpoint. Ideal to just fall asleep.
There was no locker to store my things.
