Nice hotel but….
Beautiful place
we would have liked a little more information at check-in. We didn't get more than room number. Don't come across as hospitable! Explanation where the pool is. Where the restaurant. Please ask for a menu card at the reception so that we could see what and how expensive it is. Missed socket next to bed.

They do not offer more than two waters. There was no water for the coffee pot.

Comfort and helpful people
The food is very good and the attention of the staff is excellent, but they need to offer special prices such as packages with breakfast included, since individually the prices are a bit high. The free shuttle to the city center is a good service from the hotel.
The wifi fails a lot. Breakfast prices seem high.

Good facilities bad attitude of the staff
A spacious hotel with good facilities
The staff, not very friendly, in general it is seen that they are not comfortable in their work. I don't like that you have to be asking for towels when you pay for them in each room. The shower very bad. A relative is elderly and they do not have the facilities, I asked for a room on the reception floor and it was a problem
