The best place if you go to WTC. SAFE, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.
Very central and safe place, excellent cleaning. Kitchen, washing machine. And the owner is very kind.

Excellent location and Good Value for Money
The location is Excellent! The very comfortable litter and the terrace is something that is appreciated.
The noise from the cars can make you have to wake up early.

The location is perfect for events at the WTC, it has its full kitchen area, private bathroom with hot water and there is even a washing machine

Place only for short stays
The place is close to the Pepsi center and many places to eat.
They don't clean it daily, there is no television, the bathroom is outside the room, I think they rent it more as an apartment and you take care of your things.

Great location for Pepsi Center. The person who served us was very friendly. The place was clean, the bed was soft comfortable.

I didn’t like the reception, for a start I didn’t even know where I was arriving because there is no sign, the booking should indicate what to do when you arrive at the building because there is no one to meet or guide you, I tried to communicate with the owner but he did not answer me, according to the criteria I had to guess where to go. The person who received me did not explain anything to me, I had to ask everything about the services and places, I never met the owner in person, which seemed somewhat informal to me. Internet quality was so-so. After all, the water in the shower was hot for a minute and then cold, so I couldn't take a decent shower, which I find common in any hotel or shelter.

Great location - less than 5 minutes walk from WTC (very good option if you attend conventions or events). The room was clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

the proximity of Pepsi WTC is perfect if you go to an event there just go to sleep a quiet place without noise

Very clean room
The place was very clean, they had toiletries, clean towels, linens smelled clean.
I didn't have a TV. It's not super necessary, but it would be worth it.

Very convenient location, super clean rooms, everything is very close. All as in the pictures...! Mr. Armando is always attentive waiting for my arrival and if he needs any information to move here.!!! Will definitely come back when I get a chance ❤️❤️❤️

Very good option, I would stay here again
Comfortable place, very nice and quiet area, room with necessary supplies, very friendly manager, he explained to us what places and shops are nearby.
At 1 or 2 am when I spent two nights there, someone in the other apartment was playing the piano and it was very annoying, the bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

Working visit.
The location is very close to the Pepsi center which hosted the expo I attended. There are many shops and places to visit. On weekends there is a fairly large market nearby. Armando's attention is excellent. I will definitely be back.
