Comfort, friendliness and elegance are 3 words that describe the hotel

The bathroom is very comfortable, the room is super good but there is no space to work, it is a tourist hotel.
The room is very hot but nothing bad. The air conditioning fixed it.

They ask for this as a guarantee for the utensils, dishes, towels, etc. that they have in the hotel and mention that this is their policy (what an outdated, insecure and bad experience thing); They also do not have any personal data privacy notice

Excellent hotel, location, facilities, staff, everything. I had a personal trip and took the opportunity to meet some friends. The terrace is an excellent place to sit and chat. There are plenty of restaurant and bar options in the surrounding area.

Really clean place and helpful staff.
The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful. The doorman was the most helpful person I have ever met. The cleanliness of the room was really good.
The reception/lobby sounds could be heard a little in the room in the evening, but not disturbingly so. The location was a bit obscure, but I found the place with the address.

Perfect
I booked this hotel at the last minute because the one I stayed in was awfully noisy. Reforma Guest House is a quiet paradise in the heart of the city that never sleeps. the room is luxurious, tastefully decorated, the hosts are absolutely perfect, the location is perfect, in short, it's spotless. Congratulations, among the 5 hotels I have visited in Mexico, you are the best (and I have also been in 4 and 5 stars) If I ever go back to Mexico, I already know where to put my bags.

Stay in Mexico City - Reforma
The staff is very caring, always with a smile and they bring us luggage (very noticeable when the suitcases are heavy). The hotel is located in a very beautiful, trendy area. There are several restaurants nearby. The bed is really comfortable. The daily room service is much appreciated. Impeccable cleanliness. Mini bar and sweets are available if you get a bit hungry at night for an extra charge, but there is a wide selection of drinks, cakes... Unlimited tea, coffee, water, apples at the reception. There is also a gym and a beautiful rooftop.
The price for early check-in to the room is too high (optional). There is no subway nearby but very easy to get around by Uber or bus.

The space is very good, the location is perfect and the staff is very attentive. Despite the small size, everything is done very tastefully, and the mini-suits have everything you need. I took my dogs and they even gave them dishes.

The location is great, steps away from the Angel of Independence, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the facilities are very clean.

One of the best places in my travels.
Incredible place! From the moment you arrive, your staff makes you feel like the most important guest in the place. Attentive and friendly each of the staff. My family and I (2 adults + 1 10 year old) stayed in a duplex room and it was amazing, it was like we had our own apartment on site, my son with his room and we with ours, but connected living room and kitchen . Its roof is also beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The location is perfect! Surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and mini markets, you have everything you could possibly need within minutes. Impeccable cleanliness and they even did us a favor by washing the dishes if they were dirty when they cleaned our room. We were told that they only install air conditioners, but the truth is that we need them; We had scoured air and tower fans which added to the cool climate of the CDMX nights and it was more than enough to keep the temperatures pleasant during our stay. Almost no noise from the city or the hotel in general. 100% recommended and we will definitely return to this hotel when we return to the city.
One room was warmer than the other, I think it was because it was over some sort of mechanism or pipe that ran through it and didn't get as much outside air in because the room was facing the center of the building. Regardless, the washed air made it perfect.

It is hot and there is no climate or air conditioning, the breakfast is poor, there is nowhere to throw liquids in the breakfast room. They charged us for things from the mini bar two days after we left without eating it for themselves a heist. What he does not allow to be demonstrated is not consumed.

The location is perfect for walking to Reforma, Colonel Cuauhtémoc and the bars and restaurants just a few steps away. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of size and services provided. Very nice decoration and finish.
Being in a room overlooking the street, the noise from the proximity of bars and restaurants can be annoying for those who want absolute silence, in my case this was not a concern, but it would be something to take into account.

Recommend and repeat
Everything was great, hotel, service, staff. Highly recommended. It's very close to Independence Angel, about 4 minutes walk.
On some nights there may be music until 22:00. for nearby restaurants. It's not something that interferes with sleep, but it was the only "non-perfect" thing we noticed.

Nice apartment, well equipped for two. Our room overlooked the backyard and was very quiet despite being a few meters from a busy street full of restaurants. Very helpful staff. No breakfast, but self-service access to coffee and tea, cakes and fruit. properly equipped kitchen for short stays. Beautiful volumes. Attentive staff.
Nothing from the hotel. An excursion to Teotihuacan is offered at an inflated price.

Beautiful property in the heart of CDMX
The terrace is very beautiful. Very friendly room. The area is central and has traffic.
It is close to many bars, if you want to relax there can be noise and traffic but it depends on the occasion. I didn't have breakfast.

Don't come in summer.
The staff is very friendly. They helped us with everything we asked/needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
The rooms do not have air conditioning. We were first put in a room on the 4th floor and the heat was unbearable. I have no idea what will happen in the summer. Although we were moved to another room on the 1st floor, it was still hot.

The room was very hot despite having a fan. It was a little small. I needed to print some documents, but it couldn't be in the afternoon or in the morning, because the night watchman didn't know, and there were no girls at the reception either in the afternoon or in the morning. I had to pay for the mini bar in cash because he couldn't tell me how to do it either. And I had to go outside to change for smaller bills.

GREAT OPTION IN CDMX
Everything is fabulous, the doorman is very attentive and friendly, the reception is excellent. Small and secluded place with super location. The best thing is that it is very clean, which is very important, especially during a pandemic. I highly recommend it, I got to all the places I wanted on foot, I didn't need transportation.

Looks better than the photo
I really liked the design and small details like the hotel logo in the form of crossed keys on decorative pillows. High-quality cleaning. Comfortable beds. Updated state. Easy to find - bright yellow door. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
Some difficulties with TV control. The staff directly at the hotel spoke only Spanish, so it was difficult to communicate in English. When booking online, we communicated in English. Outside the window, the construction site and in the building itself are undergoing renovations on the upper floors, but in Mexico City, noise outside the window is practically a cultural tradition. The kitchen is not yet fully equipped - there is no kettle and pots.

Happy stay in home reform

It turns out we booked another place and upon arrival the reservation was not honored and we were left without a room (Gallery Condesa, never go) and when looking for where to stay at that moment we found Casa Reform, they not only responded quickly, tmb super friendly they understood the situation and provided us with a room as soon as we arrived, well before the agreed delivery time, friendly staff, super located. Everything is fine.
There is a slight noise from the air conditioner outside the building. from the side, but it doesn't really bother.
